Paul in golf is an all-star. We showed up about 45 min before close and needed help in the golf dept. Paul came to our rescue and was so amazing. Come to find out he wasn't even working, just helping beyond his shift because they were short staffed. If the world was full of Paul's, we would all be super happy everywhere we go. Landon at checkout was great as well.

I didn't see a survey on my receipt, so I wanted to at least a comment on here. Andre was very helpful and patient when helping me decide on which shoes to purchase. He got me multiple options to try and I helped me find the pair that best fit.

Went in on Black Friday in the store was surprisingly slow. Store is clean and well kept. The cashiers were courteous got in and out with no problem. Prices are a little high, but you can't blame the staff for that.

I have to share this fantastic experience. Normally I would not take the time to write a review but this was great. Tonight my Wife and I bought a paddle
Board. We purchased it online and were told that we could purchase it against half price in the store. At first the staff didn’t believe us but after verifying it with Dicks Corporate they made sure to help us. They were polite and super helpful the entire time.
Devon, Ryan and Kelly were fantastic. They kept their cool and always were willing to help. I wish my employees handled themselves as well as these people. Amazing job and thank you.

I needed to make a return from an online order and they were having trouble pulling up the order on their computer. Instead of passing me off to someone else or onto a phone call to the online store, they helped me through the whole process. I know it doesn't seem like much, but for it being a week before Christmas, them being patient and kind while sorting out my issue for about 20 minutes was really wonderful of them.

I went to the golf department looking for new golf grips for my irons, and he showed me some that he recommended. He was able to put them on for me while I waited and did a real good job. The grips are real nice, I love them!

Ryan was some of the best customer service I received in a long time! During this pandemic paddle boards are quick to fly off the shelves he helped me solidify the last in stock while I was on the drive to the store, incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick service. Coming back to this location again. Thanks Ryan!

I have been here three times now and it's been a great experience every time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection. After shopping around beforehand, I ended up purchasing a complete set of Callaway XR's from Dick's at by far the best price. A special thanks to Joey, Roland, and Shane in the golf department as well. And Shane, thanks again for getting my clubs fitted in less than one day!

This is more of an apparel store, though it does have its fair share of camping and sports equipment. There's nothing inherently wrong with that. It's just hauntingly immaculate and empty. I don't know how they stay open, honestly. I suppose it's inevitable with the rise of online sales, but it's kind of a sad atmosphere, really.

The managers Karen and Alicia were very helpful and nice. The man who helped us move the machine was also very sweet. They made our entire day and we love our new elliptical.

Looked online for what I needed. Drove to store as big didn't have enough time to order online. Couldn't locate and staff was more than willing to help. Price was more than adequate. Great visit.
