AGR Roofing and Construction is top notch in every way! We met Kevin, one of their representatives, after the major hail storm that hit Denver in 2017. Our roof was totaled. Kevin helped us pick out the colors and was very accommodating to all our needs. A six-man roofing crew started the job within a few weeks after we came to an agreement. The crew was super efficient, did a great job, and was careful to clean up everything. Zero mess left anywhere on the property! They even used magnets to pick up any loose nails and any bits of metal that might have fallen off the roof. Kevin came by the next day to inspect and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The whole job, which involved removing the old roof and installing a new one, plus some sheet metal work, took only a day. Our next-door neighbors' houses were replaced by different roofing companies and both of those jobs (both were smaller roofs) took several days to complete. I was once a roofer myself and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently AGR did our roof. It was nice getting to know the folks at AGR. If we ever need any other roofing work done, there is nobody else we would call!
PS, there were no surprises on the cost. They had agreed to accept only what the insurer paid on our roof claim and they lived up to it!

AGR Roofing is a very professional and customer service oriented company. The roof replacement was taken care of quickly and all the paper work was handled. I highly recommend AGR roofing. Ryan at AGR was extremely helpful and on top of my hail claim at my rental house in Sunnyside. He was out there 3 days after the storm, met with the insurance claim adjuster and had my roof completed in less than a week. It was crazy fast and they did an amazing job. They took care of all the insurance stuff and made sure I was aware of the process throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof or roof repair.

Ryan is very knowledgable and was able to quickly assess the situation and fix it on the spot. He explained in detail what was happening with my roof, and followed up after the repairs to ensure everything was working properly. I don't have much to compare it to, but AGR roofing has be one of the best roofers in the Denver area. I contacted AGR a few months ago when I noticed we had overflowing gutters on our home. Project Manager Chris S. showed up a few days later to give things a look. I also asked him to look at our roof as we had a bad hail storm recently and I suspected damage. Chris confirmed that we should have an adjuster look at the roof and he even cleaned out our gutters for free.

When the insurance adjuster came out, AGR owner Ryan showed up since Chris was at their site in Lincoln, and worked great with our adjuster. It turned out that we needed a new roof (covered by insurance), and Ryan also helped the adjuster to notice a few other spots that were damaged by hail, which were also covered by insurance.

I've worked with Chris several times over the course of a few months to make sure everything was lined up perfectly for the roof install. Chris was VERY patient with us to show us different shingle options and even order some on AGR's dime so we could see what the different colors would truly look like. Once we finally had reached a decision, the order was placed and the roof was installed in just 1 day's time. Chris has followed up with us several times to ensure every last detail is right on our roof, as well as other areas unrelated. He's removed yellow jacket nests, consulted driveway contractors, ordered custom chimney stacks to abate birds, and even gave us some free AGR shirts.

It's rare that I get the opportunity to give accolades to a contractor, because oftentimes we hire people and I wish I would have just done the work myself. When it comes to something like roofing, get it done right the very first time with someone who will be patient with your decision and educate you on every aspect of the job. Now our home looks better than it did when we bought it and we have much better shingles than those previously installed, for no additional cost. If you're thinking about getting your roof replaced, give these guys a call and let them guide you through the process, and especially ask that they be present when your insurance adjuster visits. If Chris S. is available, I'd recommend you ask for him as well, based on our experience.

AGR did a great job re-roofing one of my rental homes that was damaged by hail. Based on the claims guidelines, I thought I had waited too long to get the repair done, but they worked with my insurance to take care of everything ! I am currently working with them again to roof another of my commercial properties downtown. Excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

These guys were great. They knew their stuff and walked me through the roofing and the claims process. They were also very accommodative to my requests. I can be a pretty picky guy and they worked with me on everything I asked for.

Once logistics were established, they got the job rolling pretty quickly. They said what they were going to do and did it. We had a big roof that needed to be brought up to code. They got the job done in 2 1/2 days and it looked great. The crew cleaned up really well too as they went.

Great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

AGR handled all the repairs of our home after the hailstorm this year. It was a substantial project totaling over $50,000. It included the replacement of roofs on the house, garage, and outbuilding; siding on house and garage, plus all gutters and downspouts. For us, it was a no stress experience. Alex Johnson was our AGR rep. He handled everything. The different crews required for the different jobs were efficiently scheduled and the work top quality. Alex even dealt with our insurance company and mortgage company as necessary. We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks AGR.

I dreaded having to deal with roofer after a hail storm, so first did a thorough search. I selected AGR, and everything went very smoothly. The AGR crew provided great craftmanship and attention to detail. I also needed them to work around my variable schedule, and AGR was fully accommodative. I worked with Alex J. at AGR. Very pleased; don't often give 5 stars.

I requested information on a project and they were very professional and responsive. I have seen a few of their jobs and they looked professionally installed as well. I spoke to some of their customers and they confirmed my opinions. I plan to use them soon in the future.

After this last hail storm our entire neighborhood was affected. Out of all of the roofing companies that serviced the area we realized we hit the jackpot. After comparing service, efficiency, etc. our neighbors that went with other companies were really put out bc of the high demand of getting an insurance adjuster out. We personally would have been screwed with our broken skylights. We were so fortunate bc AGR came over within an hour's time and properly installed a tarp on each of our skylights and then came back to double check before the following upcoming storm to make sure we would be completely taken care. With having a newborn baby I could haven't been more thankful for what they did to make our lives easier. We were extremely impressed and would highly recommend them.

Kevin Cordell handled our claim after all the hail storms in Denver this year. I could not ask for a more pleasant experience! Kevin was able to accommodate my crazy schedule, communicate with my insurance company, and get our project done in a day. The roof on the house and garage look great, and the entire process was painless!

After buying our home, found out the roof was not quite as described. Tim D came out right away and did a super thorough look at every piece of the roof from the venting to the downspouts and everything in between - taking pictures and explaining it all. Came back within a couple days with the marked up photos of problem areas and a very complete summary of all our options/costs to fix. Honest, reliable - recommend them for any roofing work you need!

Had my entire house re-sided, re-roofed (3 layers torn off and decking), and new gutters put on. Alex, the project manager provided great customer service through the entire project and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. There were a couple minor issues I wanted corrected/changed throughout the process, and Alex found solutions to all of them.

Great company; local people and very honest and competent. Tim Day is knowledgeable and courteous. He does a great job navigating the insurance world as well! Definitely recommend AGR.
