We had a wedding of 200 people four hours from Denver that A Perfect Bit catered.
The wait staff was professional, fun, problem solving, flexible, and anticipated everything we would need, even the things we didn't think about. The food was perfectly prepared and an array of selections that superseded even the pickiest taste buds. They were timely during the event. The many months leading up to the wedding, the staff we worked with responded quickly to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.

After getting ridiculous (IMO) quotes for an intimate and low key wedding, I was recommended to A Perfect Bite and I'm so glad I was! They worked with our budget, made a delicious vegetarian option and the staff was SO wonderful to have around the day of!! APB was also able to provide our ceremony chair rentals, which made things so much easier! I can't say enough good things!!

I am a Wedding Coordinator in Texas. I had a bride and groom get married in Winter Park, Colorado on February 25th, 2023. All arrangements were made from out of state without knowing any local vendors. A Perfect Bite Catering went above and beyond to help me with our out-of-state destination wedding. My bride and groom wanted breakfast for dinner, and the menu options that A Perfect Bite served were exceptional and exactly what they wanted. The food was delicious and the quantity and quality were incredible too. The staff was very punctual and friendly, and great to work with. The owner, Linda Shotton, was very professional and helped me work through many details via phone calls, emails, and texts. She went above and beyond and even brought our dessert for us from Denver and saved us a trip from Winter Park. I would HIGHLY recommend A Perfect Bite Catering for your wedding. (AND serve breakfast...especially the Pork Belly Donuts with Maple Whiskey Glaze!)

Through my hardest of times planning for my son's celebration of life reception this company made this piece so easy. Extremely responsive and the food was delicious. I can't thank them all enough and I highly recommend them for any event.

We had A Perfect Bite cater our recent corporate event. The team was great, friendly and helpful. They also provided all of the bartenders for us. The food was yummy too! LOVE LOVE LOVE the sweet and spicy chipotle meatballs! And Kendra, our event specialist and designer, was AWESOME!

A Perfect Bite just catered our wedding. We got the stuffed filet mignon and the grilled chicken breast for our guests. We were incredibly impressed with the main dish and the awesome appetizers! The petite chile rellenos were a huge hit. We would absolutely recommend A Perfect Bite catering!

So impressed with this catering company. We had a wedding for 60 catered and they really took care of us. They worked with our budget and delivered great value, and in particular, the event chief Vito did a great job on the day and really blew it out of the park. Thanks to a perfect bite!

Mackenzie Dingman, Perfect Bite Catering (Baldoria on the Water): This catering service came pre-approved through our venue recommendation list and has top reviews on wedding websites. However, we did not have a great experience. No matter the amount of times we informed Mackenzie that our mothers had an onion allergy and we would prefer to not have onions at all in our food we still somehow ended up with onions in every dish. We did not receive the leftover food or open alcohol/beer we purchased in advance. Nor, did we receive the complimentary cake cutting service that was included. We also found it weird that Mackenzie was not on site either, given she was the one we spoke to over the phone each step of the way. Regardless of the above problems, we did enjoy the food and services they provided. All the rentals were also exactly what we requested. We just recommend to write down more of your requests through email as we primarily dealt with the caterer over the phone exclusively.

We used PBC for our holiday event. It didn’t go well. The food was lukewarm and they forgot to bring knives for the prime rib. We all had to share the knife they used to cut the prime rib to cut the meat and chicken. They also did not bring water nor non-alcoholic beverages as agreed so our non-drinkers were left thirsty. We were excited about the food, because we had tasted it at the complimentary tasting they offer prior to booking. Boy, were we disappointed and so were our guests. Can’t recommend this company.
