Lakewood Food and Gas(Valero)

Yesterday late afternoon (Wed September 13) a man who works at Valero helped my 92 year old mother who was lost driving - he printed out directions to my house to help her navigate. Thank you so much!! What a nice person you are. Valero is lucky to have this person helping people.

Consistently has the lowest gas prices in the area. Endlessly thankful that this place is on my drive home 🙏🏼

This gas station has always been the cheapest in town! No matter time it is I always go out of my way to fill up here!

They are friendly and helpful. Also the huge plus is their gas is inexpensive even They beat King Soopers Loaf n Jug.

I used to live this place. That is until k worked at it. It’s a hard job being right across the street from a very hot spot in Lakewood Colorado.

Agree with others that their gas prices have been comparatively excellent in recent months. But the gas nozzles are sometimes missing the protective rubbery ring. And today there was no fluid for the squeegees — not even water on this warm day — and the employee in the store said that it would be addressed in two days time (!). When we asked again, thinking that perhaps a non-native-English speaker had misunderstood the question, he seemed impatient and annoyed. They had windshield fluid for sale — and the squeegees and squeegee reservoirs were really dirty. We have preferred to go here rather than pay even less at Costco, because there’s never a line and plenty of room around the pumps — and prior to today, we could clean our headlights and rear window.
I also noticed, after filling our tank, that there was a persistent drip of gas from the gas nozzle… after I’d shaken it into the tank for more than a minute.

Prices are cheap places never that busy I get a lot less gas mileage here than I do at any other station probably 25% less mileage on a full tank and then anywhere else not recommended

Not bad for a gas station.

Last five times I have stopped here for gas the pumps don't even work or they are completely out of gas.

I got my debit card skimmed/ scammed in their pump.

Ah yes. Another gas station where the employees are having loud, personal phone calls while at work. You're basically interrupting their personal conversation trying to spend money on gas etc. I'll spend my money where I'm not treated like and inconvenience for spending money. 🤔
