We have been with Robin for many years. We recently called her with suspected hail damage on our roof. We had an appointment that same day which really surprised us. Our roof has been replaced and the process went smoothly. Everyone we came in contact with at American Family was courteous, professional and quick to respond. They stay in communication with but don’t send me too many things to where it’s annoying and I really do appreciate that!
