I literally love taking my car to these guys. Okay, so usually i shop around and try to find the best deal, but when it comes to quality work you definitely want to go with these guys. I took my car to someone that was essentially cheaper but they couldn't tell me what was wrong with the vehicle, they were literally guessing. So I took my car to Nichols, they gave me an estimate with 24 to 48 hours and worked and finished my car within I believe 3 to 4 days. Super efficient, amazing personalities and they'll work with u on payment methods if need be. Tell them all i said hi. Lol I've been a repeat customer for about 5 years.

Wonderful service from a smaller shop. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to return for future need. Pricing was also good. I highly recommend this auto repair.

Wonderful shop. Had my car "inspected" at a local Firestone and was quoted a ridiculous repair, so I brought it here for a second opinion and they were 100% honest and told me exactly what was wrong and proved that the national chain scammed me and gave me a car back that was literally unsafe to drive.

They corrected the blatantly skipped issues and turns out I didn't need those quoted repairs at all! (For $1500 btw) and my car runs like a dream now!

The staff was friendly, very helpful & informative. Explained everything and answered all my questions, unlike the previous place. Will definitely be back to Nichol's for all future repairs!

If you have mechanic trust issues like I do, bring your car here and you'll get an honest and fair repair. Its difficult to find a shop to trust nowadays. So glad I brought it here for inspection...likely saved me from a terrible wreck due to negligence from the previous inspection!

Super nice experience the whole time!! My old 92 Riviera had some fuel pump problems and they replaced it on the warranty, no issue and fixed my trunk latch! Will be returning anytime I have problems. Great customer service and great attitudes all around!

James and Mike are great guys, really care about getting it right, budget and timing. Dodge Durango 4 inch lift, amazing job, stock wheels painted and they look amazing. New smoked headlights installed. Made the truck into a head turner. Incredible work!

I'm kinda picky but this place is better than I'd hoped. They understood the problem with my '98 Tacoma, got me in quick and had it fixed when promised. Great people and great price. I'll definately go back.

Nichols auto was so helpful getting my window repaired quickly! We called to inquire about the window that got stuck down (broken window regulator) and they started researching solutions right away and got parts on order so they could get things fixed for me. Service was friendly and they got me in and out in a few hours after the part arrived. I’ll be back!

I've been to Nichols at least 4 times in the last few years. They are good people - honest & definitely trustworthy.

So many places are pathetic to charge just to glance at something that may only takes a few minutes to figure out. Big rip offs at most places. One of many experiences; my Windshield wipers were not working so I took my car to a place, they wouldn't even look at the wipers, I would need to pay $160 first; so I went to Nichols Auto, they did a quick check, wiper just had a loose bolt, they tightened the bolt within 5 min, No Charge! Recently had a new alternator replaced in my Dodge Nitro, cheaper than other places I called.
I love Nichols Auto for their honesty and reasonable prices. If you want security to get a job well done without wasting time and money, Nichols Auto cares for their customers! I won't take my car anywhere else.
