Austin and his team have helped me with my medical insurance needs for a few years now and I am very pleased with the service. They have helped me understand my insurance plans by explaining the details of the coverage and finding plans that best suit my needs. I use to pay a lot more for insurance once I came here, I found out I was over paying for insurance as I qualified for deductions I was not aware of. I have also had to change insurance late in the year due to unforeseen circumstances and they were able to help me navigate that. They provide great service and they are always willing to help.

This review is specifically for Tim T. I have worked with him for several years now and he's great. Very friendly and helpful and will suggest coverages that are good bang for your buck, and super honest. I moved out of state so Tim actually suggested that I look at in state insurers rather than go with him even though he knew he might get beat on price. Appreciate the honesty and happy to know that there are in fact good insurance salesmen.

I have been working with Ginny since we purchased our first car back in 2017. Since then she has helped us insure our house and 4 more cars along the way. Peter Ashley will get you into a whole mess of trouble with any insurance carrier he signs you up with. If an agent initiates the policy they will only deal with the agent. Peter will sign you up, take the money, then will do absolutely nothing to help you further or to cancel. I am in collections for aTravelers policy he would not cancel for me. Travelers cannot and will not cancel with out paperwork from the agent. Buyer beware on GIA Rick Management and Peter ashley.
