The Green

The Woodstock Green is the home to Wassail Weekend. A Christmas celebration which brings so many people together. We get to see the parade then watch the Yule log burn. A time to sing Christmas carols and share time with wonderful people. Great job Woodstock, for putting on such a great weekend.

Quinticential small town USA, love going to Woodstock to get that small town feel and seeing the homes and imagine life Back in the day. The Green is the town square surrounded by original buildings and the town is right there with quant shops to walk, eat and enjoy. Gets busy with Tourist in the day with buses but calms down later in the afternoon and evening.

This town is just beautiful and the center of town is the heart of it all, at least esthetically

Beautiful park in the center of the village. Love that they have a bowl out to give pets a drink of water from the bubbler. Pretty flowers throughout.

Woodstock stores and sites, location lovely, downtown restroom, library, churches, and Inn are must sees

During the summer, farmer's market on The Green on Wednesdays from 3:00-6:00. Local produce, foods (empanadas, pizza, baked goods), drinks (3 Vermont distilleries were doing tastings today) and some jewlery and crafts. Live music, face painting for the kids and today the library hosted a story hour for the little ones. Not too big of a farmer's market, so it is good with kids in tow.

Quaint, adorable, friendly, exactly what you picture when you think of a New England town. Fun restaurants with really friendly people and lots of cool shopping. Don't miss us stuff at Vermont flannel!

Nice park. Especially for weekend events like the snow sculptures and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit.

Scenic, beautiful, and a fine gathering point for locals and tourists alike! Also a vampires heart is buried in the middle of it!

This is definitely one of the all season place to visit .. amazing atmosphere
