I am grateful for Neurologist Dr. Katalin Pocsine. She is caring and thorough. Because of her I am getting treated for something my primary care dr. missed. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been a patient for over a decade. The doctor, PA, and medical staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have gone out of their way to help me, time and time again. They have a patient portal that allows patients to communicate quickly and easily. It’s a great a practice.

This was my initial appointment with Dr. Pocsine and her team. The intake nurse was thorough and friendly. Dr. Pocsine, well, what can I say. I have worked with Physicians most of my life and since 2008 have had to have intense medical care from a number of
practioners. In my opinion, for what it is worth, has joined my list of the best I have had the privilege to work with. She was kind and thorough and from the time she walked in the room, that look in her eyes said she had my best interest at heart. Thank you for seeing me.

* I am giving a five star rating for Dr. Pocsine and her PA, Sarah. I would give the front desk staff a one star which is actually quite generous. My experiences with the front desk personnel were less than desirable. I had initially left two voice mails which were never acknowledged. My first appointment was made for 10:45. The confirmation call that I received the day before told me to check in at 10:30. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was for 9:00 and since I was late I would have to reschedule. I argued that I was never told about this change and the person to whom I was speaking just kept saying that her records showed 9:00. So, I rescheduled. The confirmation called I received the day before my second appt gave me an even different time to check in which differed from the one that Miss Personality had written on the card. I don't know the name of that person but she was rude and condescending which almost wanted me to say 'forget it' and not make any appointment at all. When I arrived for check in I brought the appointment card that had been given to me along with a form stating I should arrive 15 mins before my appt. I said "just for the record" these are the documents I received from this office which clearly don''t match anything else. So, I had five time changes for two appointments. I was given new patient forms to fill out. When I asked a question the lady kept her head down and answered 'yep' Really? Now, on a more positive note. Dr. Pocsine and her PA, Sarah, were wonderful and I would highly recommend them. They were well prepared for my visit and gave me reassurance where I had doubts. They each took time to explain, comment, etc. always asking if I had any questions. I never felt rushed or hurried through. I loved them both.

Dr Poscine and her medical assistant, Michelle, are fantastic! The are very kind and knowledgeable. The Dr doesn't leave any stone unturned. Michelle is quick to submit testing requests, follows up to make sure we were able to get in/got everything we needed, and is very prompt about returning messages. She was very kind in helping me process thru a very scary and stressful time! I can't say enough good about these 2!

I am leaving a review because it seems like people only leave bad reviews. I am a patient of Dr Pocsine. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She took my symptoms very seriously and swiftly did the testing required for a diagnosis. I now know I have MS, and after being in the MS community it is a very common problem that providers tell patients incorrect information, or are dismissed. Many say you need to see an MS specialist to get good care. Dr Pocsine has been wonderful and I have no reason to leave her care. She is a trustworthy provider with a lot of knowledge and a great bedside manner. I recommend her with full confidence to any of my fellow MSers.

Her assist, Michelle is wonderful too. She always gets back to me quickly and sends refferals and such quickly. She is even helping me dispute a medical bill that was accidentally out of network. Nothing but good things for both of them.

I sought out an appointment with Dr. Pocsine at Frontier Neurology after years of trying to figure out a mysterious illness while working with a web of doctors that were completely uninterested in figuring out what was going on with me.

Once the initial tests didn't yield any obvious results, they would just tell me to either not worry about it because I'm young and had a healthy active lifestyle, or, bafflingly, to drink more water and start a weight loss diet, even though I was at a weight and body composition that classifies as healthy by every medical standard that I'm aware of.

Dr. Pocsine figured out more about my health in my first office visit than all the specialists and tests had were able to in the months before. While being under her care, I've been able to get accurately diagnosed and effectively treated up to the current limits of medical science.

Their office has helped me access services and coordinate effectively with the rest of my treatment team, and I'm always surprised at how quickly and thoroughly they respond to my messages. I'm impressed with how they've clearly considered the fact that a lot their patient base has cognitive problems, and they've anticipated those patient's needs by building them into well designed operations and systems.

I plan to stay a patient with them for as long as I can, and I would recommend this care provider without reservation to anyone who needs these kinds of services.

I was a patient from 2010-2023. I only had my original visit with the doctor. Then, I was pushed off to the rotation of PAs or RN depending on who was available. One of my final appointments was with the doctor and a new PA, and I was drilled on why a PA from 2 years previously had ordered a specific set of blood tests. Quite frankly, that was the last straw. The doctor's job is to review the PA's work on a regular basis, not years later. And, it is NOT my job as the patient to know what needs to be done when and why that is why I'm consulting a medical professional. In addition, at my last appointment in their new facilities, I could hear every word of the appointment occurring in the room next door. I don't want to know other people's personal information, and they don't need to know mine. I can't imagine the HIPPA violations occurring in this office. If you are an interesting enough case to keep the doctor's attention, it might be worth seeking care here. Otherwise, I would seek care else where.

Frontier Neurology has been a roller coaster. The neurologist doesn’t see you after an initial diagnosis and treatment. For my care, they have worked in tandem with UC Health. I’ve been seizure free for almost 3 years with their prescribed medications. But recently, a new PA came in, and decided without talking to me, that one medication was being taken too often, and she reduced it. I was told I would need to come in for a visit and pay if I wanted to a) understand why she changed the prescription and b) discuss a path forward. What is irritating is I feel like she’s playing with my health. For almost three years, I have been seizure-less and under the direction of multiple doctors who have far more experience than her, and they’ve endorsed the medications. But this PA knows better - and it’s frustrating. Also, to echo what others have said - watch your bills. For two years, I was billed at the doctors rate despite seeing the RN. It wasn’t until I told insurance they stopped, and they absolutely knew what they were doing. Finally, the appointments are always delayed, and often the rooms have used syringes in them when you’re placed. Not sterile at all.

I have had one of the most awful experiences with this practice. I am kicking myself for not getting out sooner. Not only was I never able to contact this office but my insurance and pharmacy weren’t either. To add to that, they frequently mis-billed things causing hours of my time to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, terrible care and horrific customer service

My experience at the front desk was frustrating and unreasonable. The woman at the desk was rude, abrupt and seemed disinterested in my situation. I can never recall this happening to me at a doctors office.
I arrived for my 9:00 appointment at 9:00 on February 13. She cancelled my appointment since I had not arrived earlier to fill out paperwork. And she told me they had another patient already. How could they have taken another patient at my 9:00 appointment???
As a new patient, I was to arrive early to fill out paperwork. However, I was delayed by a half hour because on I-70, the exit for Kipling St. was backed up to Wadsworth. The front desk woman expressed no sympathy or understanding to my predicament of sitting in a long line of vehicles to exit onto Kipling. On Kipling, there was a car accident that had closed lanes on both north and southbound sides, which added to the delay.
