St. John Cantius Church

Great yearly Carnival that Bridesburgh provides... Probably the last one in the city..I just hope the tradition continues...Great food, awesome atmosphere and so much fun... 💯

We were visiting for the Christmas bazaar. All the folks were super friendly, the hall was decorated in such a way it felt magical, and the Polish food offered was delicious! My son especially loved the big model train display. We had a really good time as a family!

Beautiful neighborhood church with great staff and an even greater Priest. He's so kind & welcoming and the events they put on are always a great time and very affordable for all. Very happy to be able to participate in the events they host and looking forward to celebrating MANY more here.

My good friend Father Mark is the pastor I attended the Christmas Eve service at 5:00pm. My first time there. Beautiful church very inviting people. I must say father Mark in a Santa hat telling the children a story was very comforting. Father Mark is a wonderful person with a giant kind heart. St. John Cantius church should be very lucky to have such a wonderful pastor.

Over a century old and still one of the most beautiful churches in Philadelphia, this traditionally Polish parish has masses in both English and Polish. Wonderful Polish calls are played on the fibre organ and sung at midnight Mass each Christmas, a true delight for children. Near Easter, there is a traditional blessing of food. With two bell towers, the church stands out in the Bridesburg neighbourhood ants had exceptional symmetry and beautiful architecture.

Attended Christmas Bazaar. The Polish food was wonderful. Everything is home made with love.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Fr Mark is an asset to the parish. Very friendly. Would recommend visitors to come and enjoy his masses.

Nice old fashion Catholic church it's been a long time since I was in one felt good it felt like home relaxing it put me in a good mood.
