The Emily Program Eating Disorder Treatment Center

The Emily Program was so helpful in providing my daughter, our family, and us as parents with specific strategies to use to help our daughter and to support us as parents through this process. My daughter is 1 year into this process and is doing amazingly well. She is thriving at school, maintaining a healthy weight, and trying new foods all the time. She is using coping strategies regularly and self-regulates when she is overwhelmed. She labels her emotions and seeks help when necessary.

Liz is a fantastic therapist. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, and offers helpful suggestions for whatever I’m struggling with. She has been an integral part of my recovery and I’m so thankful for her help.

Jessica has given me great suggestions and after just 2 sessions, I feel positive that I can get past my binge eating disorder.
