Dental services were adequate and Dr. P. seems to be a fine dentist. However the front Desk woman is a pain in the butt. She has been quite disrespectful over the phone and told me to 'get over it'. I was over billed for ludicrous reasons like 'annual deductibles apply at ever office even in the same year' or 'you owe another dentist money still'. And worse off, she does not refund what I was over billed even when other dentist sent note that all accounts were paid and the insurance company calls to support my assertions ..... I would hate to have her represent me and be the first impression of my organization. If you chose to get services here, be sure to double check your billing!!!
