Walgreens Pharmacy

I see a lot of complaints about wait time , I went at 545pm on a Friday evening and yes , there was a long line in the drive thru BUT the wait was very minimal MAYBE 15min tops for 6 cars plus myself to get seen . The pharmacy tech was very helpful , I had a question and even though it was busy she still explained the medication to me and made sure I understood . I'll continue to have my rx filled here because I'm an adult that has patience in a drive thru

Thanks to Pharmacist James, with a 8 call line up for the drive thru and 3 customers waiting inside. He was able to address two my requests right there when I was late for one and didn't plan for the other. I learn that I was at fault. Instead James didn't give me a hard time and find a solution. Of course there absolutely no reason why I should complain if he took that extra mile for me, so I stood there patiently for 10 minutes while he was taking care of my stuff and in between helping out his co-workers. I would happily waited longer but the team that day on 9/20/2022 were all hustling like crazy and got it done really quick. I was just really mesmerized. Additionally, I did see other customers that day that didn't seem happy but my opinion is that if you see an entire team moving as quick as possible as that team that day, I don't know how you can be unhappy.

Although pharmacy was closed the previous night at 9 and reopened the next day at 9, the pharmacist was super nice, very helpful, and supremely prompt. Very quick service!

Even with how much is piled on them, they still answered my questions respectfully and thoroughly without making me feel like a burden and were prompt to help me and everyone I saw in line ahead of me!

This is my all-time favorite Walgreens. The pharmacy staff is helpful & work very hard to have what I need when I need it. Cosmetic Dept has a Good selection and helpful staff too.

I pick up my mom prescription, they are always fast, have the right stuff, the staff is also very nice and helpful!.

I've been doing business with this Pharmacy using their app and they actually deliver if you need it

This location is open 24 hours and is usually better service than other Walgreens locations with quick prompt service from all staff. However, the Menaul and Eubank location is also often very busy even at very late hours.

The staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of cosmetics. Photo staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Very customer oriented business.
