Paola did an outstanding job! She greeted me as soon as she possibly could with all the madness around her . She was very prompt on getting both my girls medication and went the extra mile to get me taken care of right away so I didn’t have to drive to the mountains in the dark ! Life saver ! I have had excellent service from this pharmacy all year. Meds are always ready when promised, pharmacist consults are very detailed and helpful, and the pharmacy tech staff are helpful and friendly. Urgent care sent a prescription to another Walgreens at 3:40 pm today. By 5:30 pm, that other Walgreens had not filled the prescription, but they closed at 6:00 pm anyway. I went to this Walgreens which transferred my prescription to them and they filled it in 40 minutes (and they were apologetic for it taking "so long.") The more experienced techs quickly fix strange medication filling problems, but the newer pharmacy techs know to go to the pharmacist on duty to fix strange refill problems rather than giving wrong answers like at the other Walgreens

This has become my go to Walgreens and go to pharmacy in Albuquerque.

I transferred a prescription here when the Walgreens closest to me was shut down for a week. I really appreciated the people I dealt with here. The pharmacist was kind on the phone as I tried to figure out the mess and he was efficient about filling my meds right away. The pharmacy tech at the drive through window was also kind and helpful. I appreciated that my meds were refilled quickly. I had to wait about ten minutes for the phone to be answered, but that was no problem since I was treated with courtesy and respect. Some pharmacies in ABQ just do not answer the phone while others are very condescending when they answer the phone. I genuinely appreciate my kind first encounter at this Walgreens.

Amy is a phenomenal pharmacist. I had many inquiries about last minute travel vaccinations and I have never felt as personally taken care of by a medicinal professional as Amy made me feel. She is professional and credible yet treats you like an actual human being. I truly have never felt this way after any interaction with a medical professional. Thank you so much Amy.

The customer service, professionalism and caring for the customers wellbeing is great. Furthermore, all the Staff and Pharmacist are very proactive and professional about their jobs. I appreciate all of the workers very much. There all very Intelligent.
Please be advised that Amy always honors policies and procedures. I would strongly recommend you read the Walgreens policies and procedures for anything pertaining to your prescription,
lost, stolen or if planning to travel. They will honor the policies and procedures as long as you have all your documentation.

I want to send a shout out and thank you to all the pharmacy staff here. You guys always do a great job and are always looking out for me. On Feb 13th, around 9pm, the pharmacist flagged my prescription for potentially being incorrect and she was right. My doctor had sent the wrong one in. Then on Feb 15th, Andy (I think that's his name), helped me with yet another issue and saved me from missing my dose and having to come back to the pharmacy. You all are fantastic and I notice how hard you work. Having a pharmacy that is trustworthy and with knowledable staff has really helped me navigate the health issues I've gone through recently. I hate when rude members of the public are mean to you all; you don't deserve it and are doing great work.

As with every business it seems these days, there was a line and a wait but the pharmacy staff were working tirelessly and were professional and friendly.

Can highly recommend coming here for travel vaccines. We received our typhoid vaccine and the nurse was excellent and kind. This is the Walgreens in ABQ to come for rabies vaccine, yellow fever vaccine. etc. Many pharmacies do not carry these vaccines.

Only 24 hour Walgreens in Albuquerque. But it’s fast easy easy and painless and also the only 24 hour pharmacy in Albuquerque anymore so that’s a huge plus.

Fabulous service and fairly quick vaccine shot on a busy day. I am transferring all my RX from the 1900 Wyoming Walgreens store to this store. The staff is extremely attentive and caring.

I had several issues with Pharmacy staff at this location. It was so bad that I reported it to corporate. Shortly after, I received a call from the store manager, Steve. He was friendly, attentive and committed to resolving my concern. It's great to know that someone here cares about my business. He definitely earned my business back.

Drive thru and pharmacy and customer service are top-notch! A tip to those who show up and your prescriptions aren’t ready...it is useful to call ahead and speak to a pharmacy tech over the phone (a live person not the automated refill line) to make sure they are indeed ready. I have never had a mixup but once in a very long while when I take this extra step.

This is a good one to use. I had to return a product with the safety seal missing. They did so in a professional manner and they have integrity. This store can be trusted and has a well educated staff that deals well with the public. If your health and well being is important to you go there.

Nice store.. only one open anymore 24hrs.. employees are awesome, always very helpful and wearing a smile.. overnight security guard as well for added safety

Dave is a great, organized, and hardworking pharmacist. He comes off as the type who has high standards for his coworkers and the company he works for (quite frankly, if you are a pharmacist without high standards and lack organizational skills, I’m genuinely concerned on how you managed to graduate pharmacy school). He seems too kind to be confrontational about it towards his coworkers, but please consider the fact that he is going out of his way to make your life easier by not leaving messes everywhere, so if you could be kind enough to make his life a little easier by leaving the facility a tidy, organized place as he had left for you, I believe he would appreciate that immensely. We’re all in this together if we want to make positive changes, and we should work together to leave the world a better place to live in than it was yesterday. Much love Dave, you are the sole reason for the high rating the only single 24-hour Walgreens location maintains, and you my friend, deserves some props for that. 👊

Chris in pharmacy has been very good to me every time I go in to use the pharmacy. He always does everything he can to to save money and always treats me with kindness and respect. Thank you Chris.

I had a gentleman in pharmacy help me on 10/17. I believe his name is Marcus, he was so incredibly nice and helpful. I had a bad experience with a young lady about a month ago and she basically didn't want to help me and I had to figure it out on my own. Marcus was just so patient with me and said everything with the insurance worked out just fine. Basically what I am trying to say is, everyone needs to be more like Marcus!
