Plato's Closet Cranberry

I really enjoy shopping here compared to other nearby Plato’s locations. The store is huge with a much better selection than other stores. It is very clean and there are multiple employees organizing the racks at any given time. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been to plenty of Plato closet stores before but truly enjoy this one the most. The staff is extremely friendly as well as the management. The store is always organize and clean which makes it so easy to shop for what you’re looking for.

Best discount clothing store. They have a large variety of new or gently used clothing in every size. Most stores like this have limited extra small sizes, but there is a plethora of them here. They have attire for any occasion. The prices can not be beat. I have bought clothing with the original tags for 80% off the retail price. Nowhere else can you get a discount this large on name brands. All the items they sell are in good condition. They also sell some makeup, jewelry, head bands and hair ties, purses and phone cases. They have a rewards program as well with added points if you go bagless, (which I love that they seem to be conscientious about the environment). They have fitting rooms with seating outside of them. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They are always busy making sure items are where they are supposed to be and answering any questions you might have. I highly recommend this store.

I love this Plato’s!!!! The staff is fantastic. The buys are more than fair. There are times I will take my stuff, expecting less $ than I get & I always leave happy. Whether it’s coming out w/ extra spending money, a credit or my daughters obsession with lululemon. 🤣🤦🏼‍♀ The staff went above and beyond when we couldn’t find a coat that we put on hold. Sadie was a sweetheart, along with every team member anxiously looking for it everywhere. Not to mention the social media marketing is AMAZING!!! 🤩 Plato’s in Cranberry is incredibly lucky to have an insanely talented, kind staff. Please rate this store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s. They deserve it. The only downfall for me is I have to drive so far to visit.
The location near me ( Monroeville} went downhill since the new management so I gladly take the long drive to this location to enjoy the great prices and huge selection of items.

I give the Plato’s closet in Cranberry 5 stars! All of the employees especially Sadie was absolutely amazing! They had wonderful prices, the store was beautifully organized and clean! My daughter and I couldn’t of walked out happier! We will definitely be going back!

I called prior to going to the store and talked to Serina in Cranberry. I just wanted to inquire as to what the store best needed so not to bring things they were not looking for today. Serina helped guide me to better prepare me for my store visit. I met her when I arrived and when I was checked out. I was pleasanty surprised with what Platos paid me for the merchandise i brought into the store.. Serina also assisted me with carrying my baskets to my car. The Cranberry location is a great place to shop. It appears that everyone there is customer service oriented which is key in Making a business successful.

This store is absolutely amazing and would recommend to everyone! Very clean and organized, friendly staff, and amazing selection!

I take my daughter about once a month...sometimes to look for something specific and sometimes just for fun. I of course always end up purchasing something for myself as well. You just need to be in the mood and have time to sort through the racks.

Usually has some really good options if you put in the time to sift through it. Very minimal section for men though

I have been going to this Platos for over two years. As a grandmother, since I retired, have decided to help my grandchildren with extra money by taking their clothing there to sell for them. It has taken me a while to understand this concept. The employees have coached me to bring in what the store wants so i can make more money along with the store getting what they need. That makes it a win win for both the store and the customer. In the last 60 days they paid me $200. For items i brought in. Today I was there with two large baskets only getting 10.00. While I was disappointed I was not angry. The employees are always still pleasant. I look forward to them moving to the new location as that will be closer to me. Good luck to you in your new location. Thank you for the service you provide to your customers.

Fav place to shop for cheap but good quality clothes

Best location in the area by far. Everything is laid out very nice so items are easy to find. They also have a lot of high quality clothes. Staff was super friendly and the store was clean. I’ll definitely be back!

I love Plato’s Closet and have thoroughly enjoyed the new store location! The staff is extremely kind and helpful! The store is well organized and super clean. I always get a gift card for my birthday to Plato’s Closet and I look forward to it every year - partly due to the fact that the staff and managers are so nice!

I love coming here. They moved to a larger building and it just works. The employees are nice and the variety of clothing is amazing. Can always find something to buy in here.

I wish I would've gone here sooner, they have soo much nice clothing & at an affordable price I dropped $300 during my first visit!! I have recommended this place to so many ppl already. I will definitely be going back, it's probably my new favorite store now!

I’ve gotten literally all my best clothes & shoes from this place and for so cheap! Shopping here makes it so hard to shop at full priced retail stores! Every time i’ve come in, i’m always greeted with a smile. The staff here makes you feel welcomed and are so helpful with searching for items I need. I will DEF be there again soon!

I Love this place. They made a new shopper out of me. They are always clean and very helpful. They always give me the fairest prices for things that I have them buy. I do flee markets and I would never get the amount back that they offer. I go there every week to see what's new! I have bought several outfits that people are saying where did you get your clothes, shoes or purse! And such good prices!

My daughters, Sara and Alex, and I have had a great experience in this store! We have shopped there for several years. It is always clean and organized. I rarely have to wait very long if I am dropping off clothes. I highly recommend checking it out!
