Well stocked shop with very informative workers. They helped us choose skis and glasses, explained the basics and gave my husband 10% student discount.

I needed to buy ski boots for the first time as a beginner skier. I had a terrible experience at a different shop so I went in here a bit hesitant. But Scott let me try on several sizes and styles, actually listened to what I was saying, and made small changes to the boots to prioritize my comfort. He was very knowledgeable about the stock they had and was able to recommend boots to fit my skill level and budget. This place is over an hour from my house, but I'd gladly come here again for the customer service alone!

I was a terrible equipment owner and left by board in storage for 6 YEARS! The edges where so rusted that I thought "she" was beyond the point of return. I asked them to do the best they could to help. I dropped of by board with the hopes of riding once agen after such a long time. I told them I didn't expect that I would ride this board agen but I once loved it and hay memories with it on the mountains. After arriving to pick "her" up they told me they did the best they could. I was pleasantly surprised to find my board in in amazing shape!! Not only did they fix the edge and wax but they repaired something I love. It is obvious to me that they have a passion for what they do and take care of peoples equipment like it was their own.

The staff is so friendly! I was greeted right when I walked in the store. They tune and wax skis very quickly and do an excellent job at it. They also helped me pick out presents for the whole family. I'll be back time and time again!

Recently stopped in to Henderson's to browse new equipment for myself, and was super impressed with a certain pair of well priced (2019) Völkl skis. "Any issues, I was told, "please come back. We want you to be completely satisfied." Paired w/new boots/poles as well. *Some slight accommodations were made to the prices in order to better fit my budget. *

My brand new Völkl skis ended up being one size to long, which I discovered after 3 days of constant Killington skiing. I journeyed back to Henderson with my (now) gently used Völkls, and exchanged them with no questions asked!

Great family owned ski shop. These people love skiing and skiers. Great prices on new equipment as well as previously owned skis and bindings. Great rental shop and the best kids rental program I have ever see. Rent kids stuff for the whole season and they will tune them up anytime and as many times as you want. Nicest staff ever!! Definitely recommend this shop.

First time skiing and renting. Prompt service. They provided assistance with learning how to properly put on ski boots. Appeared high quality and product looked almost new at reasonable rental price. Package included ski boots, poles and skiis. Other accessories available, such as helmet, which I also rented. Returned early next day without issue. Unfortunately my plans changed and I did not actually get to ski or use product. Will use again when I finally do get to try skiing. Season rentals available.

I purchase/rent all of our equipment from Henderson's. I never feel like a number, the staff is so friendly and informative. When you need a tune-up, are looking to purchase used or new equipment maybe you just want to rent they take care of everything. Thanks for all your help guys it's helped this mom tremendously. BTW I've done all three so not just being salesy here!

Been going here for 16 years. They are awesome! Small store, buy extremely well stocked. Friendly service, family, locally-owned business. Knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Must visit if going to Quechee, Suicide Six or Killington!!!

Great rental shop for the Quechee crowd! I've been able to find gear here and I'm 6'5". These guys know what they're talking about!

I was there today to buy a cross country ski package. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I left with great xc skis, boots and poles! Now I am excited about winter coming! Glad to be supporting local business!

I miss Henderson's and never wrote a review. I started being a customer at Henderson's back in 2001. Moved away, moved back, and recently moved away again. Still using my skis I got there, and still warms my heart to think of the staff and their excellent service. Highly recommend. Shout out to Neil, Rob, and Jack.

Have purchased both skate skis and downhill skis for family at Hendersons. Prices and service have been very good. Knowledgeable for sure.

Very helpful. Took the time to understand what my daughter and I were looking for and helped us select alpine ski equipment. Some of it is purchased and some leased.

Friendly service and cheap rentals on your ski gear. They have a wide range of gear to choose from and if you need repairs they do will fix your ski's or boards right in shop.

The Team at Henderson's has been very helpful with setting us up with back country gear, & tuning our alpine skis!! KUDOS!!!
