I absolutely love the group of girls here. They take care of your fur family member with so much love and happiness. They’re always professional, thorough, and kind. They always explain everything in depth, but in a way you can understand. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for taking care of my Stevie girl so well the last 3 years! We love you!

They did an awesome job from the 1st time I took my puppy Asher when he was 3 months old…I still take Asher there….Asher will be 2 years old. They neutered him, they do all his veterinarian care. I am beyond impressed with the care the give to him💙💙💙 He got hurt in my back yard & I was really worried & the doctor took him in and thank goodness it was just a pulled muscle. I needed more refills & they did it with NO problems!!

They definitely care about your pet. This particular pet is elderly. His name is Chester. Cutest little guy you ever did see. He's a cockapoo. Well Chester is getting old and can't see very well and has glaucoma We contemplated if he was suffering. The vet said that as long as he is eating and drinking and he gets around the house. Hell be quiet fine. This eased our pain for him. Plus he seems quite happy with his owner. So I felt the veterinarian is caring and understands what people go through with their pets.

We want to thank the entire staff at Banfield for their care and compassion shown to our lab Riley 2 weeks ago when she became ill suddenly. We had to make the toughest decision that morning. The care provided to us was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond. Thank you for helping us through such a terrible time.

I don’t think I have enough positive words to describe my experience.
My normal vet couldn’t get me in for weeks and my dogs health was declining rapidly.
I called Banfield thinking I would get the same treatment and Denise (receptionist) was so kind and calm. This ended up being a euthanasia appointment so my first time meeting this team was when my heart was breaking.
Emily the tech WAS SO AMAZING. She was empathetic, listened to my rambling, and did her best to reassure me and keep me calm while I said goodbye to my best friend.
The Dr came in and was met with the same compassion.
They really, truly cared about not just my pet but myself as well which is HUGE in the vet field. Sometimes they don’t just have pets as their patients but their owners as well.

Thank you banfield. When I am ready for another dog I will 100% come back here for vet care

I'm going to start off by saying, if you have been having issues and can't find a vet that cares or wants to diagnose your pet, then this is the place you need. This is our third vet in an attempt to find anyone who would bother to help my German shepherd. He's a classic case of allergies and chronic ear infections. We knew he had allergies, but no one would help us with them it was always "he's probably allergic to his food; he's probably just allergic to chicken; change his diet" all of which we did with no success. We would spend around $300 per appointment just to have his ear infection addressed. Like clockwork the infection would come back a week or two later, if it even went away at all.

At my very first appointment here they took the time to explain and also listened to me explain his condition. Of course, we couldn't actually find out what he's allergic to. Testing like that is very expensive, complicated, and usually there are still undiagnosed allergies. We did already know that. However, they offered us a daily pill or monthly shot to alleviate his symptoms. They also noted he has a skin infection..which again no other vet bothered to even let us know or help us with. For the appointment, a month of allergy medication(pill form), medication for his skin infection, and an updated rabies vaccine for my 92lb dog the cost was about $330. We will be back with our other dog and to continue the extensive care of our GSD. Thanks so much for giving me hope in providing my dog relief.

I am incredibly grateful for them being so invested in my dogs care and being the only place to actually help me instead of mentally scarring my dog and taking the little money I have to do the bare minimum.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They were able to fit us in for an urgent (non-emergency) matter. Our dog loves everyone there. Pricing is reasonable for the work they do. Would recommend Banfield to others.

Dr Berendt and Lori were amazing with Daisy, we were concerned and they took great care of our little girl

I had my three cats seen as new patients. My cats are skittish as they are all rescues and two were feral. They did great with the staff for not knowing them. The technician took a lot of time with me letting me tell them about each one.

Took my moms dog here as a 1st visit/emergency because our vet was closed. They got us in the same day. Everyone was VERY nice and patient with us. I highly recommend them. Prices were cheaper than other emergency hospitals and the staff was EXCELLENT. They all definitely went above and beyond. Thank you Monaca Banfield Pet Hospital. You were our angels when we needed one the most!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to Dr. Purcell! Took my elderly dog here for a persistent cough, that our normal vet just said was a respiratory infection and treated with steroids and antibiotics.
Well, the cough never went away, so i wanted a second opinion, came to banfield (even though it's a farther drive) for that. Staff was great! Dr. Purcell listened to what I had to say about his history, triggers, diet, etc...did her exam and FINALLY we had an answer! Tracheal collapse! She prescribed meds and since he has been on them, so much improvement! My old boy is like a puppy again!
I am so thankful for Dr. Purcell! Both my old boy an I have been sleeping through the night now and he is so energetic and happy!

The staff is attentive and helpful. They listen and give multiple options for treatment. When it was time for our pup to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff was so compassionate and caring, especially Dr Purcell. It was such a hard time for my family, but they made the experience the best possible. I have been to a handful of vets in beaver county over the years, me and pet have honestly never been treated as well as we were at this Banfield location. I highly recommend!!

Dr Berendt has taken care of my cats, Augie and Luther since 2005 as well as Dr Purcell. I have had more contact with Dr. Berendt though and I must say she has always been excellent with both of them. I was so happy that she was on duty on Dec.16th,2022 when we had to put Luther to sleep. I had to put Augie down at PVSEC 5 years before. We had Luther for 17 years and we were glad we consulted with Dr. Berendt before making our decision. As hard as it is to put one of your "family" to sleep, Dr, Berndt and staff were very considerate of our feelings and very kind not only to us but our pet. Everyone at this location is wonderful to me and my pets. While waiting, I have even overheard conversations with other clients that were unhappy, and they deal with them well. Some people just can't be pleased and are completely unreasonable. I have never had any negative experiences here. These girls rock!
