Rich and Joey were awesome.They were very professional and nice. One part that they needed was not in the truck, but they said they would come back to my home when they have it and of course they would telephone before they return. They did break the door under my kitchen sink while replacing my garbage disposal, but I have no doubt that they will repair that door.
Thank you Rich and Joey, you guys are superb!

Just had the best experience with Nussbaumer. Dalton and Nate replaced my hot water tank and they were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. It was done way faster than I expected and it was a pleasure having this company in my home to do this job. I would HIGHLY recommend Nussbaumer Plumbing to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Appointment was scheduled through my home warranty company, they called me the next day and the person on the phone was very nice and helpful and was able to move some stuff around so I could have them come when I was home. The gentlemen that came were very kind and professional and got the job done quickly. I didn't hear any cussing or anything from the basement (not that I'd have complained if I did), and they even suggested a lint trap for my washer outlet, which is something I didn't know I needed! Overall 10/10 experience.

These guys are great. We use them through our home warranty provider. The guys are always super pleasant and knowledgeable. They got in there and got the job done. We will continue to reach out to them even if we don’t use the home warranty.

I will admit when HSA Warranty assigned Nassbaumer to come do my work, I Googled them and saw all the reviews and was extremely nervous. They called me within 24 hours to setup my appointment, between the hours of 11-4 PM. Not ideal because I had to call off work, but also needed this repair done. The day of comes and it was almost 3:30pm before they came, but they did show up. Both technicians were polite, courteous, and professional. They assessed the work that needed completed, and it was not a minor job. They worked timely and were done with the whole job and cleaned up their area within a hour and a half. You can't always judge a book by it's cover, and I would work with Nussbaumer again - would recommend.

Great job as usual! Never had a problem no matter if it was a sewer replacement, hot water heater or faucet replacement they do great work!

Vinnie and Joey did an excellent job. Fast, professional and quality work. Hot water tank was fixed in a matter of minutes.

Nussbaumer plumbing was assigned to fix a plumbing issue for me through AHS. Jordan and Joe were super professional, knowledgeable and kind. Within minutes they were able to diagnose the issue and explain to me what needed to be done to fix the plumbing issue i was having. Once they completed they showed me the work that they had performed while re-explaining what they had done. They even went above and beyond to replace a part that was not covered under warranty. Extremely solid service and would be happy to work with them on any plumbing needs in the future.

They diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly and professionally. They got it right, even with unforseen complications. We'll use them again.

Like many of you the first thing I do is look at reviews … Nussbaumer Plumbing follows the proverbial don’t judge a book by its cover!

I was assigned by American home shield to Nussbaumer plumbing and I was skeptical based on the negative reviews.

Now they haven’t come out to repair it yet. They came out today to look at it and to assess what was going on! And I agree, I believe that a lot of these negative reviews are because people are ticked off that their item isn’t covered under AHS warranty’s. I didn’t even know what tier warranty I had ordered never realized, and it’s a little deceptive on how it’s listed on the AHS website.

They sent out one of their senior technicians Mike. We did a walk through and discussed what was going on with the original cast iron sewer lines in the house.

Mike and Dan were nothing but professional, courteous, knowledgeable, genuinely honest and forthright with me! They were genuinely empathetic with what I was going through!

We discussed my options for repair how long it would take he went to bat for me with AHS, and they denied denied denied everything!

AHS knew from the get-go that this was gonna be denied but they still collected the service call fee of $75!

This is going to be a two-part review, but I give them 5 ⭐ for today! I can’t be mad at them because of what the warranty company decided.

After today it’s obvious that I need to consider upgrading my warranty with AHS and I’ve been with them for 28 years. As it was explained to me, the policy I have is more to cover appliances and systems in the house and not plumbing, etc.

AHS has been great with servicing, my appliances, my heater, air conditioner, hot water tank, etc. Plumbing not so much!

Am I happy F no I’m not! But that’s with AHS! I am looking forward to discussing how we move forward to get this problem remedied and I will give Nussbaumer the first dibs at a repair estimate.

Kudos to June in the office handling my call this morning and discussing everything with me.

I know how misleading, angry reviews can mislead a consumer!

In conclusion, my part one service review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I found them through my home warranty. Great company with great people. They take their time and make sure they do their job right and all questions/concerns are taken care of. It was just my luck that the leak wasn't happening when they came to check it out. My home does require some further plumbing and I will be using their services to do it.

Great guys. Came immediately to repair burst pipe from Freezing in our basement. Finished quickly and explained costs prior to repair. Very nice and super quick. Would use again and highly recommend both Chance and Caleb. R. Mercer (Cabot, PA)

Had my hot water tank replaced under home warranty. They were quick to respond and get it replaced. All techs were professional and everything is working great. They cleaned up after themselves well.

I saw some negative 1 star reviews regarding replacement of a hot water tank under home warranty against Nussbaumer due to adding a thermal expansion tank or flex line gas fitting. This should NOT be a negative against them. If you do not have a thermal expansion tank and gas flex line fitting (current plumbing code), the home warranty EXCLUDES items not currently existing to do the repair. They would be covered under a subsequent repair.. Read your contract and ensure the negative comments are accurately placed.

I've used Nussbaumer through my home warranty, I've used them without my home warranty and I've called in at the last minute for repairs at my mom's. They are friendly, professional, and have fantastic customer service. I'm also always quite pleased by their rates! If you need a great plumber...look no further, this is your place!

Dylan and Byron came out this evening to fix my pipes and did a wonderful job. We need more people like this to come around in this society. They were very polite and proper. They knew exactly how to handle the problem and did it with no trouble. Best company out there!!!

Everyone was excellent. Starting with Jade in the office who did the research to help me find a great faucet, to the technicians, who were very professional, competent and all around great to work with. We will definitely work with you again!!

We were referred to Nussbaumer Plumbing by our home warranty company due to needing toilet repair. All the sudden it was clogged and would not flush. Nussbaumer Plumbing were the only company covered by our home warranty willing to come out to fix it on Saturday.

Nussbaumer Plumbing agreed to send a technician out to get the issue resolved. The guys were fast and friendly. They came within an hour, and explained what they were going to do before they did it. They made sure their fix worked before they left. We are really glad to have it fixed! THANK YOU!!

NOTE: Repairs under home warranty are not considered emergencies, so there was an upcharge to get the service completed over the weekend. However, it was well worth it in order to have a fully-functioning bathroom on Saturday versus having to wait until Monday. Also, the owner of the company was one of the guys that came for the service and he worked with us on the total (price) which was greatly appreciated.

Called yesterday, and they were able to send a crew out today. The crew that came to help (Scott) was friendly, professional, and able to help. It turned out to be a pretty routine fix that was needed, but they did a very quick and clean job with it and left no trace that they had been there. Price was decent enough that we didn't feel it needed to be questioned.

I hope all the crews are as good to work with, because we will be calling them again if we encounter more plumbing service needs.
