The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres

When my husband and I toured this venue, we knew immediately it was perfect for us. We went back to our car and discussed for about 5 minutes before we marched back up to the door to secure our spot! First, the venue itself is just absolutely beautiful. We chose to get married in the wooded area in the backyard, but there are several gorgeous ceremony options to choose from. The reception tent is gorgeous – everything is so sophisticated and elegant. What really sealed the deal for us was the ability to stay on the property in the estate house all weekend. We checked in Friday at noon and stayed until Sunday at noon. It really made the whole experience feel less rushed, and we loved being able to have our whole wedding party stay on property with us too. Jerrica and her team took care of everything – I actually spent several hours in the pool relaxing the afternoon before our wedding while they created the reception space of my dreams! They coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors and helped us work around less-than-ideal weather to ensure that our day was perfect. Our guests keep raving about how beautiful the property was and how they hope to attend future weddings there (and my 10 year old niece has declared her wedding will be at The Grand Estate too!).

Oh My goodness, if there were 10 stars I’d click that instead of 5! My now husband and myself had our wedding here June 16th 2023 and we can’t say enough good things about this place and staff! The owners are literally the sweetest and truly care about your stay and experience. We had several one on one moments with them and I feel like I’ve made friends! The rooms are incredible! Our wedding party stayed for 2 nights and thought that was the best! It’s so luxurious and fancy, you will feel like royalty when you stay! We highly recommend this beautiful place for a wedding as we had the most amazing time ever!

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with amazing hospitality!! My husband and I attended a wedding of a family friend and it was one of the most beautiful venues we’ve been to. Because we loved it so much, our kids gifted an overnight stay and we booked the Lenora Karen Suite. The room has a king bed, a fireplace, a jacuzzi and a steam shower! It was so comfortable and clean and romantic. Breakfast by Melanie was delicious! She makes you feel like family. My husband is in the hospitality industry and he was very impressed!! We highly recommend this for a wedding venue or just to treat yourself to a romantic getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

So happy we chose to have our wedding at the Grand Estates. I highly recommended having your rehearsal dinner there as well so that you have the place for the whole weekend, it makes logistics SO much easier. We picked this venue because 1) we loved that our wedding party could stay on site for two nights in a row, 2) we were so impressed with the family and venue staff, 3) they include so much into the price whereas other venues make you pay for additional things like tables, chairs, linens, flatware, etc. and 4) you honestly gave same a ton on decorations because the place is so beautiful on it's own. The venue team was very communicative and made the day run so smoothly, I felt so supported and cared for the whole day (because let's be honest, it's an overwhelming day!). Our guests had nothing but great things to say about their experience as well. You really can have it all here and I do think it was reasonable priced compared to other venues in the greater Pittsburgh region.

The Grand Estate is everything we needed it to be and more. The location was perfect. The ease of having our wedding there was perfect. The family is amazing. There is something about a family owned business that just makes everything better. They have so much pride and history in their venue. The treatment we received for the weekend we stayed was top tier. They treated us like family and gave amazing advice about wedding plans and life itself. If you’re looking for a perfect venue… look no further.

The Grand Estate is a venue like no other. There is a completely different state of mind when getting to celebrate your wedding experience as a relaxing weekend. We were able to enjoy the beautiful estate property in preparation for our big day. The staff is incredibly accommodating and made sure that even with a slight chance of rain we were prepared to have our rehearsal dinner indoor or outdoor as well as our ceremony. We had a chance of sunshine during the time of the ceremony and nobody stressed out the bride about the possibility of rain but luckily we chose to have the ceremony outside and the sun shined through when we were speaking our vows. We knew at that moment that we had the perfect wedding day.
The estate family works so hard to make every event go so smoothly. Everyone who helps there is so kind and accommodating. I enjoyed getting to know Jerrica and Tia throughout the process, they are so sweet and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The chandeliers at this venue are iconic but the reception tent was always my wedding dream! We were even able to bring our antique car to park in the yard because this family has a love for classic cars just like us. It was very special that we could have our family car there with us and the venue even had a garage space available for us to park it in.
We look forward to coming back to the Grand Estate for an anniversary and for a reminder of where we said our vows. We want to genuinely thank the Grand estate family for everything they did for us to give us such a beautiful and memorable wedding experience.

This venue is such a gem, I absolutely love photographing weddings here! The property is so well maintained and the owners are wonderful. The spaces are elegant and elevated with both indoor and outdoor options.

There is no way to describe how incredible this venue is! It is a family run business that gives 200% throughout the entire wedding weekend. My son and bonus daughter hit a home run when they picked The Grand Estate. Everything start to finish was perfect. So beautiful. I am still pinching myself. Thank you so much for giving Jake and Lakyn such an amazing and memorable experience. I wish I could give you 100 stars!

I wish I could give 100 stars and an entire page to describe how wonderful my sons wedding at Grand Estates was this past weekend! The grounds are breathtaking, the owners are staff are amazing and the wedding was just perfect!! The mansion and Pool house were an amazing place to stay and have the rehearsal dinner. I can not describe how wonderful the staff was in making arrangements for a relative to stay with a scooter. And the reception tent was breathtaking! Everything was organized and perfectly timed. The wedding was perfect and exceeded all our expectations! I cannot recommend this beautiful place more highly !!

Just had our son’s wedding there. Best wedding venue EVER! They were so great to work with and giving. I couldn’t believe how great it was.

I cannot say enough about this venue and the owners of the venue, Melanie and Tom, along with their family. The venue is absolutely stunning, every inch of it is just absolutely beautiful. I had my dream wedding at this venue and I mean the wedding was seriously breath taking. The mansion and tent are gorgeous and so so classy! You can make the tent into anything you want! You can make it as simple or glamorous as you want! Melanie and Tom were super amazing and even allowed us to put floral wreaths in the chandeliers in the tent. They want to help you in any way they can to make your dream wedding a reality. What is also amazing about this venue is that you can make it a wedding weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner at the estate in the Chalet on Friday and we stayed at the estate Friday and Saturday night. The estate provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, it was like waking up in your own home as the owners make this place feel like your home. Their hospitality is incredible. Tom and Melanie, along with their entire family, are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. They really helped in making our wedding absolutely perfect, everything ran so smoothly, and they made us all feel at home. If you want to have the wedding of your dreams and create life long friends then The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres is the right place for you! I 110% plan to go back and visit and take advantage of their Bed and Breakfast.

Having your wedding at The Grand Estate feels like you're having it in your own backyard, but without the stress! This venue is on my short list of favorites as a wedding planner. The venue is beautiful, extremely well maintained and clean. The staff offer incredible customer service, and are very attentive to both guest and client (and planner) needs. To top it all off, the owners Melanie and Tom and their family are some of the most kind and hard-working people that I've met within the industry. (Just one example... My client's wedding was held in April, and the temperatures dropped quickly in the evening. Tom personally walked through the tent at various times throughout the evening on "temperature control" to monitor the heaters and maintain a comfortable environment for guests.) I highly recommend this location for your wedding or special event!

I can't express how wonderful and perfect the Grand Estate is. We had our daughters wedding here and it was breathtaking! The Estate inside and out is simply gorgeous. We have the most beautiful pictures of the wedding. Everything was perfect! The bride and groom and wedding party moved in on Friday and stayed until Sunday. It was so wonderful that they could spend such a wonderful weekend together. They enjoyed the pool, the bocci court, the game room and spending the whole weekend there without having to travel. Melanie, Tom and Aaron are amazing. Everyone is very professional kind and helpful at the Estate. We had no worries because they are experts at what they do. They are very warm and wonderful to deal with. Anytime we had a question they were available to help us immediately. The groom, his Dad and the groomsmen had a wonderful time getting ready in the beautiful and comfortable chalet house. The bride, Mom's and bridesmaids really enjoyed getting ready in the large, stunning bridal suite. We had a large bridal party of 22 and had so much room inside and out. We seriously couldn't of had a more perfect venue and highly recommend the Grand Estate. Trust me if you go and see it you won't want to go anywhere else. It is exquisite!!!

The Grand Estate was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding! While trying to find a venue our daughter and son in law visited many different places. The Grand Estate was the first venue they visited and they fell in love with it, but still took the time to visit other venues. They had their checklist of must haves and The Grand Estate filled each and every one of them and after visiting many other places realized that not only did the Estate meet and exceed what they wanted, the other venues didn’t come close to what the Estate offers.
The Grand Estate allowed our family and friends to gather in a place where we were made to feel as if it was our own home. In many ways it felt as if we were having the wedding in our own backyard, but the most beautiful backyard I have ever seen. It truly was a weekend event! We had the rehearsal dinner in the Chalet (comfortably fitting 40 people inside). The Estate took care of setting up all of the tables, chairs and linens and made sure that everything was in place before the caterer arrived on Friday night. They came back in the evening to take away the tables and chairs and made sure that everything was prepared for our guests to use the Chalet overnight. The entire bridal party stayed in the Estate overnight Friday and woke up to an amazing breakfast the next day before we all started getting ready. The attention that was given to everyone was just amazing. The owners and their staff never left our sides all day on Saturday as we prepared for the wedding. As we were all heading to the church for the ceremony the Grand Estate staff was still there by our sides sending us off and making sure that we were all ready. It was this type of attention that again made us feel like we were in our own home, being sent off with love.
Once back to the Estate, after the ceremony, we were able to enjoy the rest of the evening without any worry. The Grand Estate team was everywhere, taking care of everyone. You won’t get this type of personal attention at any other wedding venue I can assure you of that! When we entered the tent it was nothing short of magical. As we greeted our guests we began to hear that it was one of the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Even before décor, flowers, lighting, etc the tent itself is simply stunning. We are so thankful for everything the Grand Estate staff did for us! Simply the best of the best!

I can not say enough about The Grand Estate. It IS AMAZING! Owners and staff are amazing. The house and wedding venue are perfect. My daughter was so blessed to have her wedding here. I would give it 100 stars if I could. If you are considering this venue - stop by for a visit and be amazed!

I spent a wonderful weekend at the Grand Estate and it was amazing! Every detail of the grounds and the mansion was well maintained and clean. I especially enjoyed having an opportunity to speak with the owner . She and her family take such great care of the place and work hard to keep it going.
I highly recommend the Hidden Estates to anyone looking for a wedding venue or retreat getaway. It is lovely!

Held my wedding and reception here, and Melanie and her staff were there to guide us every step of the way, so no wedding planner is even needed! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms immaculate, and every detail was noticed by the staff. Melanie was there to put pins in my hair to keep the veil on, and drove us down to the pond in her golf cart. The staff put rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed, and they made sure that everything and everyone was in the right place at the right time throughout the whole day and into the late night. There are a LOT of rules, but the wedding went off as perfectly as it could have been! A huge thank you to The Grand Estate and everyone working there!

Our daughter approached her dad and I asking if we could go look at this place where she would like to get married. We agreed to go "see it." It was like when your kids ask to go see a puppy, you know you are coming home with that puppy! Once she saw the place and met with Melanie and Tom she knew this was the place for her wedding. And it didn't disappoint us! I can't put into words how wonderful this place is!!
Tom and Melanie went above and beyond what we ever expected. From the rehearsal to the day after the ceremony! They helped coach us through the entire process. They were always available to help in any way. Melanie sewed on buttons, and fixed ties. Their daughter even helped fix broken fingernails! This doesn't even cover the many things they did to make our daughters wedding day special!
The Estate itself is breathtaking! Clean and so well maintained!
The preferred vendors were wonderful to work with. Garda's served an amazing meal. Carolyn at classic tent rentals completed the whole experience with her magic touch!

Had the opportunity to see a little of the behind the scenes prior to a wedding we were attending. Such nice people. Very accommodating to their guests. The grounds are gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Very secluded romantic spot. As a rideshare Drive or I took a couple there for a wedding and it seems to be the perfect spot to not only hold the wedding but also the reception.
