After shopping for weeks at local furniture stores we were referred by our best friends to The Wooden Whale. We could not be more happy! The customer service was amazing. They listened to our needs and designed the perfect table for our newly renovated kitchen and dining room. The price for a table and 6 chairs was extremely affordable, as was the delivery fee. I have already recommended them to friends and clients. We cannot wait to have them design our bedroom furniture ♡

I ordered my table during one of Wooden Whale’s open houses. They have so many different products and options to fully customize your piece. My table was delivered in October and absolutely love how it fits in my home. About a month ago my husband and I noticed that a few boards on the top were starting to come apart. I reached out to Wooden Whale and without question, they wanted to fix it. They picked up the table, fixed the top and returned it all in two weeks! They have great customer service, truly stand by their products, and the craftmanship is top notch. I am so happy to have this dining table for many many years to come!

We bought our house last year and the kitchen had an alcove kinda thing with a beautiful view of our back yard but we couldn’t find a table that worked in the space. The Wooden Whale crew not only was up to the challenge but TOTALLY knocked it out of the park!!! We are beyond ecstatic with our new table!!! They were great & easy to work with from us showing them the space we had to helping us come up wish a design to building and delivering it! And all at a very reasonable price!!! After searching for side umbrella tables for our pool area, we ordered custom tables with only a description. They turned out great! They are so heavy and durable that we no longer have to worry about our umbrellas blowing over when it's windy outside!

We met Brad and his wife at the Pittsburgh Home Show and discussed a wood table top to replace our current glass top. They took the time with us to explain the process and contacted us after the show to come and pickup a chair from our dining set to match the stain for the table top. Within a week and a half our new wood table top was delivered and attached to our current table base. Perfectly matched! We are very pleased with the professionalism and turnaround time, but mostly the quality!

The best experience!! The table is even better than I had imagined. It's absolutely beautiful. Brad & Chrie are wonderful to deal with. I brought pictures of my dining room with me to the consultation and Chrie helped me design the perfect table for my space. It is a solid, quality piece of furniture. It's better than any furniture I have seen and the price is even better!! Plus, they delivered it and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Brad is so talented. If you need any wooden furniture do not hesitate. He can build it and I promise you will love it!! It will last for generations.

We had such a great experience with Brad and Chrie. Brad designed this perfect bench to go in the corner of our room. The space is perfect for shoes and as you can see the top opens up for storage. What a great experience! After reaching out on Facebook, I went up to their shop to see ALL of the many options. Overwhelming to say the least but it was nice to take it all in and get EXACTLY what I was wanting. The craftsmanship of our table and bench are amazing!! My husband even inspected underneath the table and saw NO flaws. Simply put.....we are so impressed and extremely happy to have a dining room table built from this family!

Beyond the beautiful design of their furniture, the customer service is awesome. We love our dinning table with the matching chairs and our kitchen table. Very sturdy. In a bad luck episode, a guest had a broken sharp button on his pants that scratched the seat of a chair. We sent back the seat and Brad fixed it free of charge in less than a week. Thank you!

I have never written a review before for anything but this company is so amazing that I have to let as many know about them!, as possible!
I heard about the Wooden Whale form a friend. She ordered a table from there and it was beautiful. So, I went to the shop to purchase a kitchen table. I met with Brad, the owner. He didn't have a sales pitch (thank you for that), just a beautiful product that spoke for itself. He walked me through the process of ordering, taking a lot more time with me than I am sure he planned (I was only there to order a table) After talking with him, I learned that he can custom make furniture. I showed him a picture of a coffee table...he could make it. I ended up ordering a bench and 4 chairs to go with the table, a coffee table (pictured here - costume made from a photo I had), and a nightstand for my daughter. The experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. I have recently moved and have been dealing with a lot of companies, and this company, by far was the easiest, most pleasant, and most reliable to to deal with. I felt like I was dealing with a good friend or family member. I had a lot of questions and made a few changes to my order, and each time Brad always answered my questions and/or made the changes without any issue. I can't express how happy I am that I was introduced to this magnificent company!!! The quality and beauty are undeniable! If you are in the market for furniture, look no further...this company checks off all of the boxes!!!

Last year this time my table and chairs were delivered! I can’t tell you how excited I was ! The WWW did an amazing job and the owner even complimented it lol ! He loved the design I wanted and came up with. I will add picture later. He also created floating shelves for me. When it’s all done I will repost ! Thank you for a wonderful job and I can’t wait to get more done !

We absolutely love the table and chairs we purchased. They were made exactly like we wanted. Brad took the time to make sure we got the perfect color we wanted for the stain, and they made custom legs exactly like we wanted. Brad and Chrie offer amazing customer service and are extremely kind and attentive to detail. I cannot say enough about their customer service and how easy they were to work with. I will only purchase custom furniture from the Wooden Whale because of the experience we had with them. If they sold cars, I would definitely purchase one from them! They are very kind people who care greatly about making their customers happy!

I rarely write reviews, but Chrie and Brad exceeded my expectations. My table and chairs turned out beautifully. Chrie was easy to work with and helped me design the table. I took a few pictures with me, and my table turned out better than any of the pictures. I went with Chrie's advice and was so glad I did. It will last for generations to come.
