I love the Doctors and nursing staff here. All of my 4 children go here and I've never had any problems. They will only accept 2 children outta the same household for a double appointment, so thats kinda a inconvenience. But other than that, they are great! Very nice people and very sweet to my kids. My oldest is 11 and they treat him with respect and like a older kid which he loves. My youngest 2 are 2 1/2 and they are great with them too!

Wen I took my daughter thr 15 yrs ago the dr actually held her like a person and not like all the other Dr's. I'm not putting others down they do their job and they're good at it but I just felt like she cared and then I found out that they are great Dr's and have a great nursing staff als

This place has really changed and not for the better! The people are very rude! I'll find my children a better doctor!

First of all, I love all the doctors at SWP. They always listen and take time to make sure to answer any questions I may have. They are fantastic. However, the nursing staff is another story and the main reason for my poor rating. The last time I took my 3 kids there for a follow-up to ear infections, we were treated very poorly by the nursing staff there. 2 of my 3 kids had a double appointment to see if their ear infections were resolved. We we there on time for our appointment, however, my one child's appointment was supposed to be 15 minutes prior to the time we arrived, which I was unaware of. They nurses refused to see my one child and basically forced me to redchedule both. So I then tried to reschedule all three of my children and was told no, they don't do that, can only see 2 at a time. I have taken all three to been seen simultaneously many times before, so why now the change and refusal of seeing all at the same time. This is a giant waste of my time to have to schedule 3 kids at different times or different days, when they all are with me for each appointment. This is a major inconvenience to me and my children to have to bring them to the doctors multiple times. I am so tired of the poor treatment we receive from this nursing staff, that I've already began looking for a new pediatrician. Which saddens me, because I really the the doctors there, I just cannot stand to put up with the nurses any longer. I've also seen them refuse service to other parents and children because the nurses were not paying attention when they arrive and by the time the notice the patient, it's been too late for them to be seen. One time in particular, a mother with 1 child was there for the first time and didn't know how to sign in, so she waited for over an hour, then the nurses finally noticed her and told her she'd have to reschedule because she didn't sign in upon arrival. That's the kinda of treatment you receive from the nurses at Sewickley Valley Pediactrics. Horrible nursing staff.

Both parents vaccinated and wear masks and still it allowed in with their baby. Forced to wait in the car until a text says one parent can enter. If that's how it's going to work then social distancing is already handled with waiting in the car. They are denying family moments for no reason. They spend less time now with people and give less input to baby health.

Worst nurse aids. I love all the doctors at this office. But today I was at my sons 15 month appointment and the nurse left a mark on his back when she weighed him! It's still there 3 hours later! I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGIAN. She even asked me to leave the room. Never again.

this place is a joke.. instead of making a follow up appointment they tell us to go back to med express.
And med express tells us to go to our physician..
