Always good visit there. Produce is fresh. Fruit is good. Bakery items always worth a look though. Just don't break you diet

I always go over to Rochester, Giant Eagle its close to home and they are more then happy to accommodate my chicken and sandwich orders its clean and the staff is super nice.

Nice, comfortable environment, spacious, and kind people. I enjoy mornings usually after work. Music selection very nice also. Enjoy the Hardware store selection a convenient selection. Easy to identify items a wide variety clearly priced. Cold beer selection Hot food items, fresh baked items, and prepped food selections. Enjoy!

Friendly staff, clean store, and they have a good selection.

I do curbside and my order is always correct. If the store is out of something I get a call to ask if I want to replace it with something else. Great service

I'm giving the Pharmacy 5 stars, they're great, always on time and haven't had to come back to get partial prescriptions.

The store only gets a 3, prices are out of control.

My "Go to" grocery store. Great, fresh vegetables, convenient deli, and helpful bakery. I also use the dry cleaning service frequently. Like the Get Go gas discounts, especially with the cost of gas!

I found everything I needed to make an awesome stuffed cabbage dinner there!! From meat to spices to cabbage and even to the glass pan, even the sauce. Yay!!

This in my opinion is the nicest produce provider. In this area. Strange parking. Also they need a awning during snow season near the building. Store is clean plus employees are diligent to keep the store clean.

It was simple and quick to place & pay for my order online. I managed to get a same-day pick-up time, so I either lucked out or the demand for pick-up is decreasing. After a bit of difficulty connecting to the store when I arrived, my order was brought out and loaded into my trunk promptly with no contact whatever. A valuable service.

Love the store...But...it needs some benches here and there for the convenience of handicap shoppers. The store is very large and customers need a place to rest a bit. Ty for listening.

Always fully stocked. Best place to get fresh vegetables and fruits. Has everything you need. Accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, food stamps and I believe personal checks. Has PA Lottery and 2 side machines with instant tickets. Money orders. Rug scrubber rentals. Propane exchange. Has 6 self check-out aisles.

A well stocked large chain grocery store, even had an Ace Hardware store in the same building !!!

I would like to thank the people in hot foods, we got married Saturday at big rock park in new Brighton, picked up the food , was ready when we got there, easy to set up it was hot . Most of all is how many of our guests raved about the food , it was so good , again a BIG THANK YOU to everyone

We deal with several giant eagles in our area and the Rochester Giant Eagle consistently outperforms the others. Today's experience was with the pharmacy Department, but we've experienced the same above-the-line service in the meat department and other areas at the Rochester Giant Eagle.
Not sure what's different there but there's something definitely different.

I had called Giant Eagle in Rochester and I had asked a woman about a Giant Eagle gift card and she was very friendly and very polite. Her name was Ellen. Didn't get her last name but hopefully she is the only Ellen working there. She was amazing and the best phone service I ever had. :)
