Adding one caveat for potential used car buyers:
You're buying a USED CAR!!! Whoever had it before had reason to separate from it. I'd encourage anyone dealing with Steve to take advantage of his offer to have an independent mechanic check it out beforehand, and then decide for yourself the amount of risk you're willing to accept.

I used to work on Subarus for a living so we test drove almost every one they had. Coming into a used car place I know these cars are not perfect and I was confident I knew enough to pick the best one for our needs. Steve was very upfront about what work was done and what was needed on each car. He had no problem answering any and all of my questions and was happy to let us drive the cars where we wanted and get a look underneath as well.

The Outback we chose needed tires and ended up needing a battery. After I replaced the battery we were out driving and the car no-crank/no-started on me. I was really confused and knew for sure the battery, alternator, and and starter are good. While I tried a couple things, Ken just called and asked if they had any history if this was the problem that caused the car to be let go in the first place. Steve wasn’t available but Pam got us in touch with the mechanic who was happy to answer all our questions. At that point we remembered Steve said jiggle the shifter and it will start right up. It needs a solenoid which for me is not a big deal. The car started right up and we went on our way.

Since there’s a Taylor Swift CD in every spot on the CD player we will go ahead and “Shake it off”! Haha! Can’t recommend them enough. They gave us a great deal on a high mileage car and were very honest and helpful. And I got to pet their dog so this is my new favorite place! Thanks again!

We bought a super nice conversion van from these guys for a super low price! It runs great! They let me drive over to my mechanic, and he said it needed a couple of minor things. I highly recommend these folks, but make sure you have a mechanic check it out before you buy!!

Got a car from here. Within 2 weeks 4 warning lights are on. The car shimmy and shakes while driving. They basically said too bad. I would advise not going here

Called about a car and a woman answered the phone and when i inquired about a car she was VERY RUDE THEN EXTREMELY IGNORANT!!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS IDIOT!!! NOT WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They made me go across the street to Erie to get insurance before i transferred the car, as though i wasn't going to get insurance, Then she didn't pay attention to my change of address card and put the wrong address on my title. Then i was in an accident and had to file for a duplicate title because i never got one. Now it's been over a month since my accident and I'm still waiting for my check from the insurance company because i still don't have my title to give them. So I'm without a car. I'm 50 years old and have to walk several miles a day to get to work. She was rude and disrespectful. Acted as though i was there to commit a freaking crime. FU MAS!

A friend bought a car here, they were help full with finance options and were great until we drove off the lot, car has multiple isseues and when we brought it back they said there is nothing they would do for us . I would never buy a car here ever again. Check kbb before you buy, most of these cars are junk and way over priced, I would got to the beaver vally auto mall if I could change it now

Bought a car and it was inspected when I went to get the new inspection less than a year later it didn't pass... the brakes lines are rotting and the whole bottom is rusted out... it was about 6 months after I purchased it...

Lady was too busy to do a simple notary request. No customers were there at all. 1 star 😂. Thank you!
