Took my kitties to Banfield for routine check ups and boosters. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. I went today for their second booster and didn't know it wasn't included in the initial visit. So my visit for THREE cats as NEW PATIENTS, Fecal Exam, Ears Cleaned, Rabies, Distemper, FeLV, FVRCP injections and blood work for FIV test, FeLV test and Heartworm plus my older cat get a benadryl injection was around $1100. I feel they are comparable if not a little cheaper than other Veterinarians Offices but there appointments are flexible and not a long wait list. And their kennels fit in a cart, easier for me to carry all in at once.

My dog and I went in looking for a bigger harness. We were greeted by Maddie! This girl went above and beyond to help us and made sure we were satisfied with which harness we chose and that it fit perfectly. She absolutely adores my dog and was so helpful and answered every question I had. She's the sweetest!

Great prices and customer service is pretty good. They have a large selection of dog food and dog accessories bedding toys bones treats ect lol.

I like our pet smart they have considerate knowledgeable employees I just wihed they had saltwater fish

Love this place. They have the best costumes for pets. They have the best snacks for pets except they are not very healthy period Walmart has healthy pet treats. Tara and the kids entire grooming staff at PetSmart Monaca are the best of the best. You and your baby are treated like family!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this PetSmart! They have a very well lit and clean store. I'm also a huge fan of this particular layout in a PetSmart. The staff are super accommodating and helpful with all issues that I've ever encountered. I'm thankful they are around here because we don't have much in the way of Pet Store selections in the area.

The staff are terrific at this location! Kind, answer every question I have and always help me find a solution to my weird animal issues.

Visited kitten adoption and various other departments. Very clean and cared for. I'm very satisfied with my visit today.

Had my Butterscotch Border Collie Mix bathed, de-shedder treatment and his very long thick hair cut. Tara did a terrific job not only with his grooming but keeping him relaxed as he sometimes gets nervous in unfamiliar places. He looked great and seemed very happy with his grooming experience, as was I.

Got my beagle puppy washed and Nails trimmed their by Lauren. Staff is extremely helpful. I think the price for services was great too! I received a call 10 minutes before my pet was done with his service. That was very convenient and allowed me to shop the local area while I waited.

The staff was accommodating, friendly, and efficient during with customers that I saw waiting and with myself. My dog always looks great and is happy when I pick her up. She always looks beautiful after her visit to Pet Smart. We really love our favorite groomer Tara.

I easily found the material I needed. Checkout was fast and smooth. The young lady who was my cashier was very professional and polite. And she smiled as if she enjoyed her job. Bravo!
