Pretty quick pretty convenient I like to drink customer service was great one of those drive-thru and smile situations thank you staff and crew who are on today the drink is good keep up the good work thank you.

These guys are quick, they can move a car line and are super friendly! Great coffee!

I'm so thrilled to have a Dunkin in the area! Not to mention one that is completely efficient as this one. I was very thrilled to hear the excited person taking my order over the loud speaker and then meeting them face to face at the window. They were very helpful and made me feel like I was being waited on more than being served through a drive thru. Glad to see that some people still care about their jobs in a world where most people just do what they can to get by

I have stopped here a few times recently and every time the donuts are fresh and the chai latte is hot and amazing. You won't be disappointed. (They run out of jelly donuts frequently, so that must be a favorite.)

This is the best Dunkin’ location I have ever visited. I live somewhat in between Shenango’s and this one… Shenango’s is a bit closer.. BUT, I do not mind driving the extra few miles. These are some of the most polite, go out of their way, make sure you get what you want, best service people out there. I really love the workers here and I always feel at home as soon as I pull into the drive thru.

Love these coffees and the avocado toast is friggin fire. However, they had a hard time getting my drink order right on several occasions. Still not disappointed.

Gray addition to Chippewa. Just a small express drive thru but you gotta try their frozen coffee!!! We love it! I don't understand why they don't make fresh donuts all day, but what do i know. They were sold out of three under kinds by noon and they're most popular one. #PGHLive review

I usually stop here in the morning on my way to work. The staff is always pleasant and attentive, even at 5am. The coffee and food is fresh and service is fast. So thankful for good service.

Pumpkin time. Hit the drive thru for a tasty pumpkin pick me up. 3.00 dollar price is pleasing too! Check it out.

As long as the drive through line isn't 20 cars long its a great place for coffee and a donut. The egg sandwich i got was sub-par, but the amazing coffee made up for it.

I don't really like the location of this Dunkin, but I wanted Dunkin, there wasn't a long line and they got my order right.
