AT&T Store

We were helped by Sean, who was really helpful and knowledgeable about every device, plan, and deal available. He also made some really good recommendations about the longevity of my AT&T account. It was exactly what I would hope for a trip to the wireless store would be: helpful, useful, and in a reasonable time frame. I brought my brother with me, and he's now considering switching his service. Thanks so much!

My experience here today was fantastic. I came into the store this evening to get an upgrade on my phone and was pleasantly greeted by Manda. It was a breath of fresh air walking into a store and actually being treated like a person rather than another sale. Manda made the whole entire process so easy and not to mention she was such a sweetheart… she worked with me for a little over an hour and we had great conversation the entire time. Bishop was amazing at helping us find the right phone and he explained everything perfectly. He made changing our phone plan convenient and easy. He let us know all the details and what to do to get the best technology for the right price for us. Thanks Bishop!

Usually I dread getting a new phone, but my experience yesterday was actually very pleasant. Bishop, the rep who I dealt with, went out of his way to help me. He suggested transferring my landline business number over to my cell phone as an additional line, something I didn't know was possible. This will save me money as well as help my business grow. He was extremely patient, answering all of my questions. I was very impressed with him, as well as his manager, Shawn. They both provided me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend both of them!

Bishop was very helpful the first day I came into the store. I had an issue that I needed resolved and he handled it quickly and professionally. That prompted me to inquire about a new phone. Therefore I came back a few days later and he sold me a new iPhone. With Sean’s help we got it done and they deserve a 5 star rating. I’m a district manager for a retail chain and I’d have them as a part of my team any day!

Manda was the best customer service rep from AT & T that I have ever encountered at the Beaver Falls store. I was treated with respect. She took her time to explain the questions I asked. I bought my cell. Great job Manda!! Finally AT & T has hired a pleasant and respectful person.
The people at the Monaca store are rude.

Just left the Beaver Falls AT&T Store a full hour after they closed. Keith stayed late, made sure our data transferred over, installed screen covers and just generally made sure we were happy. Didn't try to rush as he was an hour past closing. Now that's customer service that I haven't seen in some time. New IPhone 13 Pro and one happy customer. Good Job Keith.

This was the best experience I’ve had at any AT&T store. Bailey Jo was so helpful and kind. Went out of her way to make sure that I had the best opportunity of finding a replacement screen protector. She was professional and personable. Your company should be glad that you have her working for you. I can see why she’s the manager. All staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. This will be my go to store.

I was at the Shenango Road AT&T store today with my daughter to transfer my phone service from Verizon to AT&T. Laura helped us take care of the issues. We were changing accounts for 4 phones on different providers. Laura was very patient with getting our phones transferred. Our appointment was at 11 and I didn’t leave the store until 245. Laura never lost her patience with trying to resolve the issues with the phones. She was a gem. You are very lucky to have such a dedicated employee. We ended upgrading 2 phones to iPhone 12 Pro and purchasing 2 Apple watches, 2 screen protectors and phone case. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Laura and Bailey who was also dealing with a customer. The service we received was exceptional, so thankful that Laura was so knowledgeable.

I am totally blown away by the knowledge and service that I always receive at the Chippewa store. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful in assessing my problems and taking the time to address them and showing me the best plan available for me. I have never been disappointed. Wonderful staff. My hats off to Bailey for digging deep to fix my latest issue.

Bailey was super nice and helpful! She was very personable -- I'd personally give her six stars if I could!
I almost gave four stars for the experience, but ultimately decided not to. They were short staffed due to various reasons, so I had to wait for 1.5 hours to be seen -- which was not ideal. However, I understand things sometimes happen out of our control.
Otherwise, the experience was a good one!

Brittany is quick and reliable. Marissa is reliable as well and both on their A GAME .. SEAN is a great manager needs pay raise

I would like to commend AT&T Chippewa for their expertise and excellent service! Recently my battery had died in my phone and Laura was so kind and patient in helping me to choose and use another! Lindsay also later helped me! They are all absolutely the best, including Bailey! Thank you! I am so grateful and I love my new phone! I feel very comfortable and confident knowing I can return at any time for additional help!

The Chippewa store is amazing!! Lindsay, Laura & Michael are always so helpful whenever I need to make changes to one of my 6 lines!! I use to dread going to make any changes because things always got out of sync, however since I started going to this location, everything is perfect and exactly as they said it would be!!! The customer service at this location is AMAZING and they always go above and beyond to help in anyway possible!! Thank you for always being so friendly and helpful!!

By far my favorite AT&T location! I hate going into the store but will drive to this one anytime! Bailey who i think is the manager is THE BEST! She’s super friendly helpful and informative and explains my bill and plan in a way that i understand! Not to mentioned she hooked me up with AT&T TV and i was able to cancel so many of my subscription streaming services because they have all my shows!!! Also they have a great selection of accessories and the store is very clean and organized. Thanks Bailey and the Chippewa store!!!

The staff here was extremely helpful. I talked to Lindsay, who was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and was able to assist with my specific situation. She helped me understand all the ins and outs and answered all of my questions effectively. She also found ways that I could save money on my current phone bill. The representative that assisted me was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She went above and beyond to assist in replacing my sim card while keeping my existing phone number. She was even familiar with HTC which was surprising considering it's not a commonly known brand anymore. She was very helpful and friendly. I am glad to have done business with her. Thank you.
