HVMG Primary Care - Monaca

Dr Sniezek is an excellent physician. He took time with my husband and answered all our questions. The office girls are very nice but the office manager leaves a lot to be desired. I was not able to talk to her about a billing question. She told the office girl to tell me she would not BUDGE about the issue. I will continue to go to the Monaca office in spite of her because Dr Sniezek is the best.

Don’t even bother coming here, unless you want to be talked to like a dog. I did not have my forms completed, totally my fault, instead of informing me about the policy, Andrea decided to take it upon herself to keep muttering, “that’s bad. yikes. this should have been done. this is not good. not good at all.” Repeating all of these things several times over. Honestly, internal thoughts should have been kept to herself. The doctors here may be good, but I will never find out, as I’m definitely going to go to a place that knows how to talk to people like people.
