Bert's Wooden Indian Restaurant

We always have great food at Bert's Wooden Indian. I had my favorite salad, Glazed Walnut Chicken Salad. You can have the chicken baked or fried. My choice is fried and it is always delicious. I had Turtle Pie for dessert which was terrific and my husband had the Confusion Chocolate cake and he loved it.

Our waitress, Beth, was a delight. A nice variety of food choices on the menu at reasonable prices. Cozy booths and a nice amount of tables for large families. I liked the vintage pierced tin lamps over the dessert counter.

The patio walking in is the cutest, most charming little area. I'm obsessed every time

It has been many years since our last visit and we were pleasantly surprised how delicious our meals were! The French onion soup was great as was the salmon. The server did an excellent job too. I would highly recommend stopping in for a warm, tasty meal.

The food was excellent! Well priced and timed perfectly. Lainey was an amazing server; attentive, polite and helpful. The room gives off a cabin/diner vibe, like a roadside diner in a novel set near the woods. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for good food and good service, I can tell you with confidence this is the place.

I'm from Texas, and we have the best barbecue places in the country and I was impressed by their Barbecue burgers and sandwiches.

But that's just one item of the Menu. Everything I fly to Beaver Falls/Monaca area, I come here.

It's family owned and served. Great place to enjoy a good meal or a party if you want too.

From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside are some of the hardest working, cheerful, and kind workers. Plus the food is fantastic, I ordered their wings and I've never had wings that tasted so good and cooked perfectly crispy like I wanted them. Definitely going back for more!

Always a solid meal. The burgers are cooked to order with many options & extras to choose from. The Indian Burger topped with Ham Bbq is a classic. Other family members had Steak & Buffalo Chicken salads they loved especially the house made dressings. The Onion rings are large & crispy. The Onion soup the best in the Valley. The service was a bit chaotic but the place was wicked busy on a Tuesday & the staff stayed cheerful. Too long between visits but we'll be back.

Server was horrible. I normally leave 20% tip but this was the 1st time in about 10 years I left nothing. He never came back for drink reorders and we were a family of 10+ and never once did he clear dirty dishes (we finally stacked them on another table ourselves as we were celebrating a birthday and needed room for cake and gifts.) Then another server cleared that other table.

Overall, the food is good, with decent servings.
Sometimes, due to being so busy, the service isn't as fast.
It gets very loud in there, but of no fault of the restaurant. I would suggest this restaurant for a good meal.

The food, experience, and prices were very family-friendly. We had my wife, her 90-year-old grandmother, with myself and the bill was less than $40, including tip.

Service was amazing! The food was delicious, perhaps nothing unique or special, but still very good! The cocktails were amazing and the atmosphere was good too. It's laid back, just a touch upscale but in a way that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Today I received some of the best service I have gotten there so far. I am a creature of my own habits, and when I walked in Emily brought over a sweet tea to my table and also one right before I left to go. The food is always on point, I highly recommend their fries with a side of gravy, and their ham barbecue with Swiss! So delicious! If you are ever down in beaver county and are looking for awesome food, Bert’s wooden Indian is the place to go!

Stryder was such a great waiter he was amazing and such a great help too. He should be tipped more than 20% as soon as possible he deserves it.

Never disappoints!! The steak salad is my absolute favorite and always my go-to. You can't go wrong with any of the burgers on the menu. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Excellent food and excellent service 👌 Bert's is one of our favorite restaurants in Beaver!

I had dinner here to catch up with an old friend. The service was great and the atmosphere was cozy. I had the grilled chicken salad and it was really good. The waitress informed me it was one of the most popular items on the menu. I'll definitely return.

The young man we had for a waiter this afternoon was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for your great service and great attention to detail and amazing attitude! We appreciate you! Next time we are going to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor seating.

The menu is heavily skewed toward what might be called casual dining i.e. handhelds, fries etc., but there are regular meals and salads as well. The food is very good, just not the equal of the more formal Wooden Angel right next door. There is some outside seating in a very comfortable setting.
It is popular and busy, but the staff is attentive and efficient.

Wonderful pulled pork & ham sandwiches. Barbecue sauce on the side. Very good onion soup & clam chowder. Homemade onion rings. Very good fast service. Been coming here for years!

The Wooden Angle has an extensive menu, excellent prices, superb service, and outstanding cuisine! Truly a cut above the competition, in a league of their own! We have never had a bad experience there,... And you can have your favorite adult beverage should you choose to!
