The most amazing people made in America

Absolutely the worst company policies I’ve ever heard of. Got a brand new heating and cooling system for $12,000 and less than one year it was apart, because of the way, they installed it. When I called in and talked to a “manger” he said they would charge me like $300 to come out and look at it and then go from there on giving me a price. This was in the middle of January, so I needed my heat and just had someone else come and fix it. I’ve never heard of being charged to have company come back and fix what was their mistake. There are plenty of other good companies around don’t make the mistake of dealing with this company.
