Call this location to see about getting some tax advice. Was immediately told they don’t give out free tax advice over the phone, prior to asking if I’d like to schedule an appointment was informed it would be a paid service. Terrible customer service. Not sure how many people you get calling you for free tax advice via phone, but don’t think you should immediately assume that and push that off on others. Seems a bit odd that prior to asking my name I was informed this was a paid service and they don’t give out free help. Rather insulting to say the least.
