I needed my front door lock re-keyed and Wayne was here within hours of my call. Fast, friendly, and efficient - what more can one ask? Further, whenever I have something difficult to mount or hang, he always has the best ideas. I love Fischer; it's such a small-town treasure.

This local hardware store has everything a big box store would have but comes with a knowledgeable, caring team that is there to help every time. They can assist you with anything you need and genuinely care about their customers. Not enough places like this exist - make sure to shop local and support your small town business owners.

I was in a jam jam, my guy Wayne took my lock apart, and hand made me a new key to go to it. It took a little longer than I hoped for, but it got done, which was the important part. Would definitely recommend coming here if you have any key issues, and ask for wayne, he go get you together

After failed attempts to get a replacement key made from a kiosk this place made a successful key in under 1 minute and replaced my keyfob battery in about a minute.

Great small town hardware store, with big time knowledge. They know their products and they are always willing to share how to do something correctly. We've gotten all sorts of things from them not just hardware - USA made American Flags and USA made Cast Iron Skillets.

Our hot water heater failed and we called Fischer Hardware and by early afternoon we had a beautiful new tank installed and working perfectly. The price was right also. They were polite and easy to work with! Highly recommend.

Stopped by looking for a bolt for a project I was doing at home and was greeted by the shop employee. I explained what I was looking for and he found it for me right away. He asked if there was anything else I needed and I then checked out. I will shop there again because I think I can receive better service from a smaller hardware store.

Excellent service! Our backdoor lock was not working, and he came and not only fixed the loose door handle, but both locks as well. Wayne was efficient and professional, and I would definitely recommend him!

This place has items that you may have a hard time finding at big box stores.

We were locked out of our new house after just having moved to Beaver a few weeks ago. We called the local hardware store after the other locksmith we had called, which we thought was a local company, wasn't, and was over a half hour past the estimated time. Fischer Hardware was friendly and said to expect the locksmith in ten to fifteen minutes. I thought it was Wayne, but his name might have been Dwayne. Either way, he showed up and had the lock changed quickly. He even matched the front door lock to the backdoor, so now we have just one key to unlock our doors. He was friendly and professional. And the price was VERY reasonable; less than I expected. We will definitely be doing more business with them and recommending them to other locals.

I brought them an older worn harley key to have remade with 2 new blank keys and they came out perfect. He hand cut them for me.

FamIly owned business, always friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable as well. I went in on a Saturday looking for something to pull wires through conduit , picked up some nylon cord that did the trick. It saved me a trip to one of the big box stores.
