I went to Leitzel's jewelry store as a new customer when the band on my engagement ring broke in two pieces. Trevor examined the ring and called with two recommendations to either repair the band or reset the diamond in a new band. I chose to have it reset. I was also advised to leave the wedding band with them to be cleaned and polished. Now my 50-year-old wedding rings look brand new again. Very pleased with the service I got here.

This is the benchmark for jewelers. They handled some earring repair, new posts on a diamond ring, cleaning and a small impulse purchase. What a terrific staff! And with their pricing and selection, we will definitely be back for more. Nothing compares to shopping locally with friendly, knowledgeable people.

I was looking for a pretty gold chain to wear my husband’s wedding ring. Brooke showed me the best options for the size and weight of his ring then cleaned and polished his ring. The chain I picked is beatiful and a perfect match to the ring. She gave me great service and was so courteous! I highly recommend her and the store!

Everyone who works here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the moment you walk in. They were able to resize my ring, replace/repair two damaged prongs and replace a missing diamond-all for less than $200! Granted the ring I have is not expensive, intricately designed, or extravagant and the diamonds are pretty small, but for the excellent customer service you get, you just can't go wrong with such a reasonable price and good work done by good people. They resized another ring I had several months ago and the service then was just as excellent as this time around with a short wait time to hand my special piece of jewelry back to me safe, sound, repaired pristinely and even CLEANED. Julianna is a gem and her coworkers are just as great! The staff knows their stuff and gets stuff done! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for ring repairs in particular. Their selection of jewelry also looked very nice with lots of choices for many different tastes-all very classy (although I didn't look for too long because I didn't want to fall in love with something I can't afford right now 😂)

Brooke was absolutely amazing in helping me find the most beautiful locket to create a keepsake memory of my best friend! She was genuine in explaining the different types of lockets and helped me choose one that fits best.

I've been a long time customer and always had a great experience. They are always personable and helpful. Today I stopped to get a watch band replaced. I think we were there for 10 minutes total and it ended up being cheaper than if I had bought a band online and changed ot myself. I highly recommend visiting here for any and all of your jewelry needs!

Staff are so helpful. Leitzels has been my jeweler since they took over Laysers. That’s a very long time.

They were very kinda and I left with a beautiful necklace in less than 15 minutes as a great anniversary gift.

I wanted something special for my daughter's 16 birthday. I had an idea of what I wanted, but nothing horribly specific. I went to Leitzel's and Katelyn was there and helped me every step of the way. She sent me designs and was patient until I decided on one. The necklace and ring were exquisite and done so soon!! However, I didn't need them until February, so they were flexible in allowing me to see the finished product, pick out a nice chain for the necklace & pick it up later.
