I ordered a vehicle from factory from Kutztown Haldeman due to the color and options i wanted. Everything went smooth and easy. After obtaining an allocation. I waited approximately 2 to 3 months before the start of the build. The build process and shipping took about 2 1/2 months. I kept informed the entire process, and was given a Vin number to Track my vehicle. Pricing was done via email due to my work schedule. Scott help me on the day of delivery with finalizing the paperwork, I purchased a 10 year warranty and service plan. I was in and out within an hour.

Haldeman Kutztown came to my house to pick up my Escape for service. They had online scheduling which was really easy. They send notifications when they're arriving and coming back. This service is great. It's so much easier than having to plan a drop off and pick up while working around work and child care schedules. They had my car for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall fixes, and my car was back in about 5 hours.

Purchased a new Ford F-150 exactly one month ago from Haldeman. The salesperson, Erika Thorne, was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the truck's features and made the buying experience extremely easy. Looking forward to having my truck serviced there.

I took my New bronco in to have mudflaps and window vents put on. You drive right into the shop so you don't have to worry about bad weather. They have a very nice waiting area until your work is completed. Very friendly staff

I recently used the new valet service offered and it was very convenient! They picked up my car in the morning and brought it back inspected. I was very pleased! The drivers were very nice. I always request to have Dennis as my technician because he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I am always satisfied with the service I receive.
