The store is always clean. The people that work in the deli are so kind and helpful. All the staff are very helpful. Also want to thank the young man that makes the fresh sushi in the morning.

This store is clean and well maintained. Selections are good. Prices aren't always the best, except for Giant brand which is competitive with other stores. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Overall I highly recommend this store.

Store is always clean. It is my opinion that Giant sells a better selection of Fresh Fruits and vegetables than it's competitors. Giant always has the product (s), that I stopped to get. No substitutions. Shelves are always fully stocked. Customer service, no matter if it is the start of the day or end of the day, the customer service at this store is superb as I always see these young faces smiling and wanting to be of assistance. Prices are very competitive as well with Giant winning on some products and other stores selling the same price for a little less than Giant Food Stores. If you are in Kutztown visiting, over at the University, just a half mile away, you should definitely drop in at this store and grab up some fresh fruit.

Wonderful shopping experience. The employees at the deli were extremely helpful and patient as I was trying to decide what to order. They also offered samples to my daughter of the the items I bought.

The Kutztown Giant is close to my house & never crowded. They pretty much always have what I need. I've been doing more in store shopping lately.

Very grateful for the student discount even though they decreased it from 10 to 5%, regardless thankful for any discount at all! Clean store with a nice selection of groceries! Always go here to grocery shop :)

Crystal at customer service!! Phenomenal!!! My client I’m assisting came in to go grocery shopping last night to go shopping and her food stamps card wouldn’t go through. They put her shopping order in a fridge in the back to store it for her. She went home tried to call and get everything situated. I assisted her to the store today and we went right to customer service and spoke to a man, she wanted to check her balance to make sure it would work. And it didn’t. Her card kept saying incorrect pin. Crystal, took it upon herself to call the number on the card and after several attempts got through to someone and was given instructions and got everything done correctly and reset her pin. She didn’t stop trying until she got it done! I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service!! Shout out to Crystal!!!! You helped make this woman’s week if not month!!!!

A clean well-run store that feels more local than a corporate giant (pun intended). Some of the staff is typical of what you find in a college town. But, the Giant Direct staff is awesome!

I am a big believer in praising those who deserve it. I manage a local small business and came in today to purchase drinks for our shop. I had a buggy full of big bulky drinks and the self check out was really hating me! Jayden was a life saver! He came over and patiently helped everytime the self check out froze due to so many [skip bagging] options I needed. I shop here weekly and have lived here for 3yrs. Today was they day that your employee Jayden was so impressive it called for a review. Thank you Jayden! Customer service is a difficult job but your going above and beyond. Best of luck!

I love this place so much. Like to the point my friends make fun of me about it. Every time I used to come back to my apartment, my old neighbors would ask me if I was coming back from Giant again. And most of the time they were right. Is this normal? Is it okay to enjoy going to the grocery store so much? I mean food is the way to my heart so it make sense I guess. Also by grocery store standards the dudes bathroom is incredible. It’s come in clutch for me so many times. Never had any issues with customer service, and the store is arraigned logically. The only things I struggle to find is vinegar (I can never remember if it’s classified as a condiment or a baking need) and for whatever reason food coloring is impossible for me to find.

Exceptional except for the fact that two checkout registers decided to stop working and I needed to go to a third one to finish. None of them were self-checkout ones by the way !

Good as you might expect. Staff really took her time to direct me to the location of the product sought. Self checkout pretty user-friendly. Staff always on it to help with any delays.

Great place to grab some groceries..very clean and upscale enough for me. I used to shop at redners but giant offers a much broader range of products

Weis offers better gas points.

How many/much food/products do y'all just throw away?
You (not you reading this, I mean "The System" man)...how much do y'all throw away? Shelves all stocked, flush full with every version of everything...even with the so called "supply chain issues", so much is ready to be sold.
And a lot of it goes past the expiration date.
Do y'all even empty the stuff into the ground?
Do you bother to separate the food from the plastic?
Or does it all go into a landfill?

Like seeing what t hay have. I like the salad bar and soup. Depends what I like. I like seeing what stores have different items than other food stores. Which I like to shop and look around see who has his or dont have this. Love that t hay have fresh steaks and bacon and fish to buy. Like the deli to check out salads. Like the fresh produce. I don't have no negative Comments. But i do understand that some things thay dont have due to truck drivers and food shortages.And getting products in. So that would be the reasons why some items might not be on the shelfs where it looks bare. No more comments from this store from here on. Still will shop here. Thank you. O one more thing when you go to the delie to buy lunchmeats and cheese make sure t hay slice it think cause some people dont know thinnest. Depends who is sliceing what you pick out to buy. But either way what ever your pick out and if you like a thing texture make sure thay know what thin is. Its next to chipped. I rain into 2 other different food stores that dont know what thin is. And it was not at Amy giant food store. It was 2 other different food stores that dont know how to slice thin cheese or lunchmeat. So its more like slice it next to omost haveing it chipped. I like texture and it gives a better taste. Sliceing thickness I my self dont care for it.

Great locations! Lots of product options and decent produce selection.

I shop here usually every week. Nothing but great things to say about it. They changed the management team and I have to say the group they have now is fantastic! The floral dept lady helped me pick up my stuff when my bags broke outside. She was watering plants at the time. I hurt my back once and the cart guy came over and helped me load he was such a pleasure to meet. I could go on and on about this store!

We do most of our grocery shopping here. Destiny makes the deli visits super. Emmy, Luke, and Zack are the best cashiers. Amir and Eunhee are rock stars in the pharmacy. If you even had to drive 30 minutes it would be worth while to shop here. Prices are lower than some other chains. The selection is wider than many chains.

Oops, I thought this was my Giant in Delaware. Nonetheless, this store holds up to my home store experience. If I lived here, this be my store!
