It feels like family there. Chris is so knowledgeable. The points add up very fast. There always telling me i have a discount. I buy parts for my friends so i can earn more free things i may or may not need. I have valve stems that are dice. I live that place

The staff is a diverse group that each bring quality attributes to the automotive industry. The delivery drivers are professional & personable. Pete & Suki are always making us laugh while providing the best customer service. That goes a long way in this industry. AutoZone is lucky to have such strong & loyal employees.

This store is awesome! I originally came in for a specific type of Duralast battery for my car. They were so helpful and recommended a better one that was only $30 more and they explained why its better versus just telling me it is. I appreciate the honesty, good customer service, and they even helped me install it since I didnt have an extension tool to reach the bolt holding down the battery. I forgot the gentlemans name who helped me, but thanks! Will comeback here for other car needs.

Always friendly customer service. One of the best locations I’ve been to. I can always find what I need and if I can’t they always help me find the product I am in need of. I will continue coming here.

They were very busy when we stopped, but did their best to get to us as quickly as possible. The poor employee was dropping with sweat by the time he got to us, and he had to fight with the battery to get the negative connector off but he didn't skip a beat. He did what he needed with a smile and a few jokes.

Quick visit to AutoZone. The associates are very friendly and the store was very organized.

I had a wonderful experience at the Autozone in Kutztown. Andrew was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills. He helped me resolve my problem with my car while thoroughly explaining the situation . I would absolutely recommending this Autozone.

Battery in my car died,they tested it and it basically flat lined. Clerk helped me get right battery, installed it even though he was extremely busy. Very grateful for his help!!

Have most everything in stock Ive needed, unlike most places. Manager is a good guy too.
