I have been working with Lisa since July on several items needed and required, Due to incorrect doctor instructions, prescriptions filled out incorrectly and other difficulties, Lisa along with others at ProCair have done a great job overall in trying to get things settled. They made phone calls, numerous faxes, would call and keep me up to date on progress...just really tried their best to meet my needs. I have dealt with ProCair and also with Med Supply Depot, and the difference in professionalism and care is like night and day. I would highly recommend Procair hands down.

Really? Open 5 days a week 6 hours a day? Do you service anyone who works for a living? Stop here read reply and come back.

Edit 11/15/23. The therapist is here one day a week, which happens to be Tues. All the people I dealt with on a 3 or so hour phone call told me to get a Friday appointment I would have to go to Buffalo. Only 190 miles one way, not. Turns out when I got the therapist, it worked out for me to go to Towanda, The support staff (multiple people) on the phone, did not know enough to put me in touch with the right person. Educate your home workers!
