I went to get my oil changed and have my brakes checked.
They always do it promptly and I feel safe when I get in my car.
Jerry check the brakes because I thought the line was leaking.
He found no leaks, and I was very happy.
These guys always go beyond doing a good job.
And being a female, most mechanics will take advantage of me, but they don’t and that I appreciate a great deal.

Steve Shannon is a great asset to our community. They always get me right in, and even give me a ride to work. The work they have done on my vehicle is exceptional.

Went in today for an oil change. (Towanda location) and have the front end of my truck looked at. The Manager was very helpful and courteous to what I wanted done. I only use a certain kind of oil and they have it in stock. Shannon’s is a one stop shop for your automotive needs. I’m a return customer for the last 12 years.

My first visit to this shop was very pleasant. When I called to get an estimate of cost to have my four tires removed and the snow tires put on, they gave me a price that beat all the others. I was able to get into the shop the same day. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and they started the work immediately. The waiting area was clean and the wait time surprisingly very short. I was in and out in no time. I think I found a new place to take my auto business. Thank you to the Steve Shannon (Towanda Pa.) staff.

When I called I received an appointment for the next day. The staff is courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this business.

I was very impressed with them…especially Jordan. I’m hard of hearing and was trying very hard to hear what he was saying and he had no problems repeating himself. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I will definitely go back to them again…saved me some money in the long run.

I got a puncture in a tire and called to see if I could schedule an appointment to get fixed. They told me to just bring it in and they’ll get it fixed. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The service was great and fast!

Great customer service and friendly staff they get started and do the work not cutting around the bush straight answers and a quick in and out

No problems at all. They messed with my windshield washer pump and didn't charge me, although it was probably just frozen
