I been with ntc for a year now I have the best support system you could ask for have made some really great friends. The counselor's are the very best this program has opened my eye to what recovery really can be this program has saved my life it has help me rebuild relationships in my life I never thought would be rebuilt.

I am thankful to Northern Tier & the way they treated me here. It has been almost 2 years & with the combo of my therapist working with the psychiatric health professionals I have been able to cope with my issues & find ways to change my life for the better! They are great! I had no issues getting help immediately... one phone call was all it took. Don’t think twice... I highly recommend this group of professionals.

Nice place to go if you need someone to chat with if you are having issues your dealing with and need a adjective opinion without judgement plus ideas on how to deal with it in a positive way ..

I go there and I have a blast with my peers and staff members .we laughed we cry but we are there for each other .

***update January 2024.
I am really happy with my therapist, Alan. He has helped me work through so many issues and helped me discover ways to relax and deal with my stressors better.
The new psychiatrist (Dr. B), although still via telehealth, has helped me find the right medication that has me back to where I am happy, motivated and able to deal with day-to-day issues with way less anxiety.

After relocating to PA in 2021 I began seeing a therapist here. It was a bit awkward, at first. After a while things became more comfortable. I felt listened to and have had a few break throughs.
The Psychiatrist, on the other hand, was rushed, impatient and via Zoom (at the location). She misdiagnosed me and changed my long-time medication to one that had me on the verge of a breakdown!
Saw another Psychiatrist a few months later (also via Zoom) and put back on original meds where I’m back to feeling like myself.

Secretaries are friendly when greeted for appointments and Med staff are attentive. My needs are always heard and addressed appropriately. The NTC Staff appear to enjoy their jobs and have smiles when walking through the building. The environment is calm and welcoming.
