Pleasantville Diner

The food in this village restaurant is consistently good, and is priced very reasonably. If you’re lucky enough to be there on the day they have banana cake, by all means, give it a try; I’ve never tasted better! Their omelettes are LARGE and really very good. Between the hours of 9 AM and 11 AM, the place gets quite busy, which speaks well of the food they prepare. Portions are generous.

We moved to the area recently. Pleasantville Diner quickly became our go-to spot for breakfast whenever we eat out. The food, service, and pricing are all great. We bring friends and family here with us to show off. It’s that good. Looking forward to many many more visits in the coming years. We had an excellent experience. Waitress was friendly and accommodating.
I had the special Michelle's Mess. Hashbrown topped with sausage gravy and eggs, came with a biscuit. My partner had texas meat lover scramble. Good portions, exactly what I expect out of a diner.
Cozy atmosphere and fun decor. Very log cabin, woodsy feel.

Cash only with ATM on site, first of all. Prices were reasonable so no biggie. The super size pancake really is! I couldn't finish it! Service was quick and friendly.

Last time the food was outstanding this time I was told they have a new cook and the condition of the food was pathetic the person could not cook it all it's a shame they should have tested out the new cook before they put them behind the counter to cook because he cannot cook I waited an hour and 15 minutes to get food that is very unacceptable sorry to give you such bad ratings but people that came in after us had food delivered to us 20 minutes before we got our food

Breakfast there with friends from work. 14 of us. Very good breakfast and excellent service!

Make sure to bring cash, no credit. Breakfast is tasty. Their pancakes are like close to a foot In diameter...Bring your appetite.

Discovered this little gem of a diner a few months ago and it's easily become my family's go-to breakfast spot. Chef Kelly's food is top notch. Large portions at good prices and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Stop on by!

The biggest pancakes you will eat in your entire life. And they’re soooo cheap. 100% recommend. The food is fantastic, there’s some fancier things on there than you would expect, like captain crunch French toast.

Wow! Best breakfast we've had in ages. Wonderful quaint atmosphere and the food was delicious. We will be regulars here from now on. Great staff too! Thanks for a memorable time. Update 11/12/22: Waited a full hour after ordering the food. Couldn't get anyone to tell us what the delay was. Finally used my cell phone to get someone to come to the table. Food was still great but the service and time to get served was horrible. If you have blood sugar issues and need to eat within a time frame after taking meds, don't go here!

Spectacular diner. Reasonable prices, portions are healthy. Our server ( Michelle ) was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. It is cash only but they do have an ATM

My food was ample and very tasty. Our waitress was polite, attentive and friendly. The ambiance fits the area well. I would like to come back to this restaurant. Also, the prices were very reasonable. The large orange juice was HUGE! My wife and I split it. The fruit salad that my wife had consisted of delicious, fresh fruit. The only problem was that the blueberries weren't washed off well enough. The other staff people were also friendly.

My first time at Creekside diner. What a nice place. The dining room where we were served is really very inviting. I got a cinnamon raisin pancake & sausage. Both were very hot and good. The pancake was the size of the large plate and it was very fluffy (high). As a matter of fact, I had half to take home and ate it later.
I often drive by there and it never looked like anything on the outside, but I was amazed when I walked through the door. We really enjoyed our meal. The waitress was very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. We went to meet friends, there, who go there often so I took her word and gave it a try. I am so glad I did.

Stopped in for lunch today. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back again. Everything on the menu sounded so good it was hard to decide what to have. I miss going here but I haven't been here since the owner Marsha passed away. I can't imagine going and not seeing her. I hope who ever is running now starts paying attention to his staff because I'm not hearing good things.

Great breakfast selection. Specials that change weekly. My wife and I have breakfast there on Saturday's. We both love the omelets. However, every breakfast item we've tried has been great. In fact, when my wife had friends down to attend her citizenship ceremony, we took them to Creekside for breakfast on the way to Reading. I can't recommend this place enough.

Just a nice and friendly breakfast. Food was good and no one rushed us. Plenty of refills on coffee if you wanted it.
