I want to start off by saying thank you for what you do !! Going above and beyond to save lives and be helpful in the community. This review does not represent 99% of you.

I went to the community event this morning for a family breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and just a pleasant to see working so hard in unison.
My 5 year old ADHD daughter had a huge meltdown which happens from time to time. We got a good amount of stares from other people from her essentially screaming and crying (completely understandable). She can't control her emotions sometimes and it's something many parents have to deal with even normal children. We left shortly after to make it less uncomfortable for everyone.
What I did not appreciate was a firefighter insensitively joking on the side. His exact words were "SMACK HER UPSIDE THE HEAD AND SHUT HER UP" . . .
I apologise we came out to support your fire department, that will not happen again.
For the rest of you, I greatly appreciate what you do.
