Nockamixon Union Cemetery

This place has history for me; relatives I never met are here, buried; and my Dad will join them on Saturday the 9th.
I have been coming here, for a couple of months, talking to my grandparents, my cousins, my aunt and uncle- hoping they will help dad get to them easily, with their guidance. I visited for strength, several times before dad's death (last week), looking for some sense to what was happening...I did get a feeling of peace, especially when near my grandmother and my cousin Jen's spots.
The hillside is perfect for such a place; breezes always flowing around you. The family space is close to the one and only tree on the cemetary side of the fence; although there are many other trees behind it.
I will likely visit more often, after the internment as I expect I will still rely on my father for advice after he is buried Saturday.
