We called Mr. Sanchez as our roof was leaking and needed to be done soon. He responded quickly and was very professional. Also he was easy to work with and gave us the best price as compared to other estimates we received. Mr. Sanchez arranged to get our roof done as soon as weather permitted and openly communicated keeping us updated. He and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job our roof is beautiful. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete and left nothing behind. Mr.Sanchez and his crew does excellent work and we highly recommend him.

We needed to get a roof replaced before we moved in. Contacted Jose and he was extremely responsive and was able to get started the following week. Jose and his crew did an excellent job repairing the barn from a large tree that fell and went right through the roof causing extensive damage. They were very professional and got the job done very quickly. They did a great job cleaning up after the repairs were completed, like they were never there, except for a nice new roof!!! I reached out to Sanchez Contracting after having my roof damaged in a bad wind and rain storm. I worked with my insurance carrier to get money for a down payment on work to repair and replace my roof and then was referred by a family member to Jose Sanchez. Jose was really easy to work with and his crew was really fast and nice guys as well. They ripped the roof off and replaced all the wood and shingles and then were all cleaned up in just a few hours. I was satisfied with the job that was done and you can tell they know what they are doing. The roof looks great! I would recommend them to others looking for work done now.

Jose' was responsive to schedule onsite inspection of roof leak following rain storm. Diagnosed issue of poor flashing installation and provided free estimate. Scheduled work within two days. The owner, Jose Sanchez, arrived to personally provide an estimate for a new roof that was cheaper than his competitors, arrived on schedule to start the work, and was on site to oversee the crew complete the job. So I had a few roofing contractors come out and take a look at a roof replacement on a war time home, a few declined a few did not know what way to approach the repair, I contacted Sanchez Roofing and the owner Jose came out to take a look then he gave me a call and said no problem we can take care of that in a couple of weeks and in a couple of weeks the roof was replaced including new shingles and new gutters and trim work with downspouts, if you have a concern or a situation that's others are not accustomed to give Jose at Sanchez Roofing a call and see what he can do to remedy your situation, they went above and beyond at a fair and reasonable price to complete this job as promised,,,

Update,,, I was so pleased with the first job that I had the Sanchez group come and do another roof, again another great job prompt courteous the guys really take pride in their work and clean up,, again if you're looking for a roof replacement repair or inspection give Jose Sanchez a call I believe you would not be disappointed,,

Jose was very responsive and squeezed me into his busy schedule to accommodate my needs. He and his crew showed up 1st thing in the am to replace my roof that had been damaged from recent storms. Jose is very knowledgeable, professional, and the guys did a great job from start to finish including the cleanup. His pricing was fair and his workmanship was excellent and he stands behind his work . I would definitely use him for all my roofing and gutter needs!
