AT&T Store

I have dealt with this store for the last 10 plus years. They are always friendly and helpful. We have personally worked with Cassie on multiple occasions and always leave satisfied! Cassie is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I would absolutely recommend her and the Towanda team.

Today I needed to visit ATT 314 Ennis Ave, Towanda, PA for transferring of all my information from my old phone to my new phone. I met Tianna, and not only was she very pleasant, but very helpful, she informed me that the transfer would take about two hours. She suggested I go shopping and return later. I went out to eat, shopped, and returned to a completed transfer. I am ever so grateful for her kindness and completion of needed task so I am now able to communicate with my family and friends. Was having troubles with our account & upgrades since we opened with AT&T, no matter what we did we kept going 1 step forward 2 steps back. I decided to go into the AT&T store where Cassandra gave me nothing but hope & she answered every question we had & we got our upgraded phones & all the problems fixed. I'm actually convinced if it wasn't for Cassandra, we'd still be looking for answers & having regular AT&T visits!! Thank you again Cassandra!

I recently broke my phone and needed a replacement. When I went in to the store originally Connor was readily available and pointed me in the right direction. I ordered my new phone online and had it within less than 24 hours. Fast forward to receiving my new phone and went back into store to get everything from broken phone to new phone and Cassie was readily available. She helped me tremendously get everything transferred from my phones to the new phone. Yes I said phones because my music never transferred from my Note 20 and she helped me with that. Kudos to both employees for going above and beyond my expectations.

Cassandra was super helpful. She helped us get the best deals on great devices that, after a week of use I can confidently say, we love! Lisa helped by phone, and the two of them together, made our experience fantastic. We switched from Verizon, after being with them for years, and would highly suggest Verizon customers shop around. We got lower prices on devices and plans, with AT&T than what we ever got with Verizon, and AT&T's coverage is better now than Verizon, in this area. Thanks so much Cassandra and Lisa!

What I would like to announce is that the store associate “Sierra” has done an phenomenal job at providing customer service! I’ve done 10 years of retail service in my previous job and I know what certain days can be like, and I just wanted to note that Sierra is a class-act. She was both graceful & patient with all my questions & concerns, and she gave me answers to all of them. Thank you Sierra. Store management should give her a free lunch or something, if not a pay raise…lol.

Christian and Carley at the Wysox AT&T store are absolutely amazing! So friendly, super helpful and extremely patient. I forgot I had to unfreeze my credit and they politely waited for me to do that. I never felt like I was being rushed out, even when it was past closing time and we weren't completely finished yet. Being my first time with AT&T, I am extremely impressed! Five stars and 2 thumbs up for these two wonderful employees!! Highly recommend!!!

Cassandra, and Sierra have been a huge help in helping me fix a huge bill issue a past employee caused. Very appreciated by me for all the help and dedication they put towards their customers!

Was completely satisfied with my experience . The Rep. Tianna was very competent, courteous, and answered my many questions graciously. Reviewed my current billing concerns and set me up with an upgraded unit.

Christianne was very friendly, respectful and efficient! I brought in a new phone and was having problems with cell connection. She took a quick look, popped in a new SIM card and got me back up and running within 10 minutes. Awesome customer service!
