I have to say that Big Joes auto has helped me with my car buying process! They have made it easy for me to get what I wanted! A reliable car and I had one small problem and Joe stepped right up and fixed it right away. He did not hesitate to say bring it to the shop,since than I haven’t had any other issues, he checks in with me to make sure no other problems! I am a happy customer.

Bought my first car from this dealership. 2017 Toyota Corolla in great shape, with an even better price! We traveled from South Jersey. Dave showed us the car, we inspected it and went for a ride. Once we arrived back at the dealership, Ferry set us up with the paper work! She kindly gave a discount over the title/processing fees! The staff was very kind, patient and got the job done swiftly. I had a great experience with this company, I dealt with Sherry who was very professional and easy to work with. She was honest on how she helped me pick out the right truck. When I came to pick up the truck Farry got me out of there within 20 minutes.
My business is an hour and twenty minutes from here and it was well worth the travel with savings and honest experience. I told Sherry that I want her to let me know when she comes across more vehicles we need and I will be back. I recommend highly.

A nice place to do business. I got a 2018 Toyota Corolla with less than 29k miles at a very reasonable price - so cheap that Toyota praised the deal. In addition, the services and expertise was applaudable. I have gotten my pals to also patronize Big Joe's Auto Sales and good deals emerged from these referrals. Furthermore, Big Joe's offer friendly compliments of free oil change and some other fixes at their mechanic shop at 8311 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia. Yes, it is a nice place to do business. Well, where should I start.... I went to Big Joe's Auto Sales looking for a vehicle with my husband and kids. We were looking for a SUV something not to Big or small. Bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent SE and Sharry & Farry did an excellent job with walking me through the process. Two very professional and outgoing women. I felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. I was having a problem with the engine and they setup an appointment to have it looked at to make sure I am totally satisfied with the purchase.

First off the service is phenomenal, I was in and out with a vehicle I had seen listed online in 1 hr. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting and super clean and ready for a test drive. Great group of people to have a relationship with when spending your hard earned money. I used to sell cars at a Nissan dealership and these guys are as professional as they come. Great experience and service beyond expectation. Never thought I'd purchase a car from a nicer bunch of guys starting with Dave the owner, to Jim my sales associate to Ronnie the mechanic. They offered me even more value than expected and addressed all my requests before I purchased the vehicle and even more. Will look forward to purchasing my next used vehicle there.

My Fiancé and I just got a 2011 Honda Odyssey from Big Joes Auto Sale. We got there to look at the Minivan, Their Team made the two of us feel like we had know they before even showing up to their lot. They are very knowledgeable about what they are selling. Definitely can see why people talk about Big Joes It’s because they are hands down the best dealership I have ever had the chance to deal with. If I ever need another car I’ll be back to them for sure!!! I like how Sherry took the time to explain some information to the both of two of us!

I bought my first truck 😊😊, a 2013 Ford f-150 and I love it🥰. The guy who works there knew mostly everything about every vehicle on the lot. He is a true gearhead, mainly for trucks though. If anyone is searching for trucks I would suggest them to go to Big Joe's Auto Sales because most of the vehicles there are trucks.
