My husband and I both had work done here and it's the best work we've ever had. Dr. Eisenbrock is a perfectionist with his work and I'm so glad to finally have a dentist who does things right. My previous dentist made so many mistakes and the work never felt right (Dr. Eisenbrock fixed all her mistakes, too!) I will never trust anyone else with my teeth except for Dr. Eisenbrock! The staff is wonderful, friendly and are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you're looking for an office that knows what they're doing and that will give you the best care, this is it!

From the first day, this team of highly skilled professionals went to work.
The office administrators operated with a good knowledge of the field. The dental assistant helped me best understand at ground level the inns and outs of my visit.
All the while preparing the day for a most wonderful experience. Then came the cool short Doctor, he surely represented all of the excellence I experienced prior. A great team of professionals all who was about their businees. I must say, I really enjoyed my visit. Who ever says they enjoyed a dentist office?
😂😂😂😂
I challenge you, come and experience the difference for yourself. Thanks BFD!!

This dentist office is awesome.
Everyone in the office is so kind, front the woman who greets you, to all the other women who work in this facility.
The dentist is very kind.
I have had a lot of dental work, this is the FIRST time in my life that I did not feel pain, from the numbing to the work being done.
I highly recommend this office.

I am a HUGE baby. I’ve had several painful experiences with dentists in the past, and due to that, I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years. There was such a huge cavity in one of my molars that I stopped chewing on the left side of my mouth two years ago. I would have walked over coals to avoid the dentist. I recently had the worst toothache of my life from the aforementioned cavity. I was considering paying extra thousands and traveling far to find a dentist that used anesthesia so I could sleep through the procedure. I read some reviews about Bensalem Family Dentistry, and something told me to give it a try. They “cater to cowards”. Before they could even address the toothache, they needed to clean 10 years of plaque off of my teeth and gums. The hygienist was AMAZING. No one made me feel judged. They all made me feel at ease. The cleaning was 100% painless and my teeth felt and looked a million times better. The before and after pictures were amazing. Once that was done they told me I needed root canal for the cavity, which I had assumed. The doctor had to drill. Ugh. I thought i was done for that day. But to my amazement, the novacaine worked perfectly, and I felt no pain while drilling. Plus he cured the toothache! I went back yesterday for part 2 of my root canal, the intense part. There is another doctor that does only root canals and he is just the best dentist ever. He just has Ana amazing bedside manner and a gentle touch. I felt zero, and I mean zero pain. I feel so dumb for avoiding this for ten years. I have no pain in my tooth as I type this and the root canal was less than 24 hours ago. I have another procedure next week to clean my gums because I neglected my teeth for so long and part 3 of the root canal the week after that. I can’t believe this, but I’m not worried about it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not gonna be fun, but it’s not gonna be PAINFUL. I don’t have to be terrified anymore. I can have healthy teeth. I can look forward to cleanings. If you are avoiding the dentist because of fear of pain like me and you happen to read this, trust me, you have found the dentist for you. Pain free healthy teeth await you. I’m so glad I found them.

I had been searching for a new dentist for myself and my family for quite some time. When Dr. Eisenbrock's name popped up in search results, I wasn't sure why, but his name was already familiar to me. Turns out, it's because a few friends and some extended family in the area are already patients of his and they had such good experiences that I had already subconsciously remembered his name.

Upon calling, the receptionist could not have been friendlier. She had that happy lilt in her voice that made you feel like she didn't despise her job. Upon entering for my first appointment to have my X-Rays done, I was greeted with the same enthusiasm from the desk staff as well as the technician who took them. My first impression of Dr. Eisenbrock was that he was kind of like a drill sergeant, but in a hilarious almost shtick way. Let me explain. He and his assistant went through my tooth chart so quickly that it was like an army drill. Don't confuse his quickness with not being thorough. The man is thorough. I'm sure I screwed them up a little bit because he was cracking me up barking out tooth numbers and zipping down the list while I was lying there with my mouth wide open. He didn't seem to mind and had a laugh with me afterwards.

My second visit was a few days later for a routine cleaning and to have some cavities filled (eek!). If I remember correctly, Danielle was my hygienist. She was incredibly thorough. She answered all of my silly questions about how I could be brushing more efficiently, as well as my options for teeth whitening. The cleaning was painless, quick, but incredibly thorough. Angel then came in and took the impressions for the whitening tray that I was having them make and was also very thorough with explaining the process of creating the mold.

On to the dreaded cavities! After a very short wait due to a small scheduling mishap, I went in to see Dr. Eisenbrock and his assistant to have 4 cavities filled. I'll tell you what, the man is a magician. He had me so distracted with conversation and whatever else he was moving around that I hadn't even realized he slipped me the Novocaine needle until my face started getting numb. He's THAT GOOD. Once it came time to fill my cavities, him and his assistant (Tina, I think) worked seamlessly. They had such a good routine that I was done in just shy of 20 minutes. I had NO pain or discomfort while he was drilling. Afterwards, they both made certain my bite was correct and that there was no strange discomfort from the fillings before letting me leave the office. Incredibly thorough and friendly.

Some time later, my custom fitted whitening trays arrived. They took a few extra days to complete, so they threw in some extra gel for the inconvenience. A week or so after using them, and I was realizing that the bottom tray wasn't fitting my mouth 100%. I made a call to Candace, the office manager and she told me absolutely no problem and that they would recreate my bottom tray for me. Upon picking it up, it fit much better than the original (it had gotten slightly warped in the process of removing it from the mold and it wasn't sitting properly on my bottom teeth). Candace and Dr. Eisenbrock even threw in a few more whitening gels for the inconvenience. My teeth are 2 shades whiter and I could not be happier with my smile. Just in time for my wedding!

If you're still hanging with me through the longest review ever, I'll wrap it up by pointing out that I used the word "thorough" 7 times in this review. That being said, if you decide to schedule an appointment with Dr. Eisenbrock's office, you will not be disappointed. Their friendliness and professionalism is unmatched. If only I could get my primary care doctor's office to be this great to visit! Thanks again Dr. Eisenbrock and staff! :)

I found Dr. Eisenbrock's office through an add at a local mall, and am glad that I did. The care I receive is always top notch and the atmosphere of the office and staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I am not a fan of dental work but Dr. Eisenbrock's office has put me at ease.

My appointments are usually very quick . I HATE going to the dentist, but the hygienists here make my frequent cleanings tolerable.

First visit was wonderful. Second and third not so much. Second visit dentist mentioned I needed a lot of fillings replaced. Total estimated cost over 1000. Got a second opinion and third opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with the fillings. Third visit the newer hygienist did not stop when I asked her to. She was causing a lot of discomfort and I asked her to stop. She said she’d stop when she was done...

As a new pt I showed up a little early knowing I would have to fill out paperwork. I sat in the waiting room for 50 mins before I was taking back. Meanwhile I watched many people come in and go right back. I sat for another 10 mins before a dr came in . Looked at my teeth and told me what I needed done. 5 mins later another employee came in and told me I would have to pay over $400 for the dental work. She left the room. Another employee came in and informed me that the dental hygienist was an hour behind schedule so I would have to come back for a cleaning!!!!! So 2 weeks later I show up for my cleaning I’m waiting in the waiting room and hear employees speaking amongst each other wandering why I was there I didn’t have an appt. just because you have a plastic sheet up doesn’t mean I can’t hear you btw. I’m called up to the window and informed I didn’t have an appt. however I did have my phone that contained the text message confirmation that I did. So they couldn’t see me . I have never in my life been to dentist office that makes you wait and hour and not even get your teeth cleaned. I’ll take the drive and go back to my old dentist . Very quick though to give you a price on dental work though. Absolute worst dentist office . There was 2 other people in the waiting room and another pt came up and told me the same thing happened to him . Waited and hour and sent home . Don’t waste your time going here unless you have time to spare.

If you are planning to visit this office, be sure to check whether you are going to meet the Doctor or someone else. If you are OKAY with ANYONE diagnosing & giving treatment plans, this might be a good place..
