Great service !!!! Nice staff, I would definitely recommend to come out to this dealership. The staff is all very welcoming very polite. Most importantly they are patient and work with you to get you the best deal possible. Very positive car buying experience with them !!! TJ you are the best!

So we bought a 2014 bucket truck from these guys few weeks ago and to be honest I am always a bit hesitant to deal with used car dealers because of past sour experiences . We inspect the truck and found a few things that were needed to be addressed before pick up and they agreed to fix all things . When we picked up the truck everything looked good and we drove it home to sit a week because of rain . Finally first day of work comes and we take her out and within 30 min the check engine light came on . Gave Steve a call and without any hesitation said bring it over and we can make it right . Later that day we used the bucket for the first time and got through about 1/3 of a small maple tree and the seal that was supposed to be addressed started to leak on the upper controller . At this point I was a little frustrated but also being in business I know things happen and thought let’s see how they can handle this . I’ll start by saying the whole team there has been more than helpful and Steve the commercial guy took control of the situation and really did the right thing . The first time fix was just the seals and o rings which I was a little disappointed with , seeing they failed he now ordered the whole valve body and replaced the whole unit . Really good guys that stand by their word and I look forward to dealing with them in the future . It was nice to see that there are still people that run business the old school way where a handshake and someone’s word means something ! Thank you guys again

Top notch quality work and a great group of people. Bob always very thorough in explanations of what was done to my vehicles and everything the find. My son loves coming to see the trucks and to say hi to the people at the counter and of course gets his lollipop. The staff at the service center is great and will always have Bob and the gang take care of all my vehicles!

Brought my car to the body shop there at Burns after an accident on 95. So extremely happy with their work. The car looks better than the day I bought it will recommend this place to anyone so happy I went there my car not only it was put together and paint it so beautifully they clean the car inside and out fully detailed.

Tom and Paul were excellent in their customer service and help. Stern but fair . Great experience ! Come check them out for all your used car and truck needs .

Brady was phenomenal. We were on the same page from the beginning. I asked upfront for no nonsense straight answers and a quick process. He contacted me Thursday evening and I picked the truck up Saturday morning. 30 min from the time I pulled on the lot till I was pulling out in my new truck. We will absolutely be calling Brady back when it’s time to add the next truck to the fleet.

Came here to look at a truck I ended up not liking the truck and the employee Frank helped me find the truck I wanted, grabbed a hand full of keys and we went on a search today I left the lot with a 2021 Ram Laramie and I couldn’t be happier.
