I had a great experience today with Anna. She was helpful and answered all my questions. She went out of her way to make sure all my concerns were taken care of. I would definitely recommend doing business with her. I received a fair market value price for the vehicle and she put my stress of getting a new (to me) vehicle at ease.

Yesterday I bought a beautiful 2010 Nissan Maxima from Luxury Unlimited Auto Sales Inc! My experience was great! They have beautiful cars with low mileage! Instant approval! As previous reviews in buying vehicles, I know the price before I buy. I bought a 2013 f150 with 40k miles. The same truck elsewhere sells between 25 and 30k. Anna was straight up, and gave the bottom line price immediately.
I got exactly what she said, and after getting it checked out, found the truck to be everything she said. Buying a used vehicle is not easy, so dealing with upfront people is everything! Thanks Anna!!!

I had similar situation I purchased a car at the end of May,
got my temp registration for 90 days and was patiently waiting for the permanent
registration to arrive in the mail until my bank started to bug me "Get me the title or we are raising your rate" so what I did is

1. Called the Luxury Auto Sales - they said its coming
2. Went to the local Auto Tag office where I registered my car and requested proof that the car was really registered and the sales taxes were paid by the dealership - I got that
3. Than I called PA DMV department to figure out what was going on
they said that I didn't paid the $5.00 county fee (but it was paid!) and its delaying the process of the registration.
4. I went to the local DMV office and paid fee again with the proof of receipt, waited for another few weeks than called PA DMV again, they said "we mailed it to you, if you didn't get it its not our fault apply again, fill the form ...etc"
5. I was completely exhausted by the process and few days before my temp registration was about to expire stopped again at the Tag office where I registered the car...the registration was just quietly sitting on the shelf - I finally got it.."

So get the proof that the Tag Office submitted all your paperwork first and than go from there. Good Luck!

I would recommend Luxury unlimited autosales to family and friends because of the BEST service and honesty and no pressure...I was shopping for a BMW X3 been to about 20 different car lots and dealerships....This one was the best because there was no pressure and was directed to what I was looking for in a SUV... also looking around they have lots of choices And in your price range...THERE WAS NO pressure at all , It was more like take your time can not find ANY bad or unpleasant things to say...they are to me HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had a truly amazing experience with Luxury Unlimited. Lorenzo was by far the most knowledgable, helpful, patient and professional person I have ever met. Anna was also extremely sweet and charming as well. From the point when I called and explained I was looking for a car for my daughter to the end of the transaction, Lorenzo was fantastic . We were allowed to test drive a few vehicles and we were also allowed to go on our own each time. There was never any pressure or pushiness from him - which I experienced at other car lots. We selected a Nissan Sentra but all 3 cars we drove were in great shape, clean and well taken care of. We agreed on a fair price and he included taxes and registration fees in that price. Lorenzo made us feel very comfortable. I will buy my next vehicle here for sure and will recommend friends and family as well. Thank you Lorenzo and Anna!!! We love the Sentra!

Great inventory of cars! I saw an ad on Craigslist for a Cadillac CTS but when I got here I was really impressed with the cars these guys have and the condition they were in! was also very impressed with how efficiently Lorenzo runs things. He explained every little thing in the contract and was extremely patient with us. Even with multiple customers here at the same time as we were and him being by himself, he answered every question and made everyone there, including us, feel very comfortable. Definitely a great experience and not to mention the car is AWESOME!

I just bought a car and had questions and some concerns that were addressed right away and top it off the she answered my questions when the dealership was closed. I was very pleased with my experience here. Don't have the best credit but was treated with respect and they were very patient with me. They were able to get me approved on WHAT I WANTED TO BUY and didn't beat around the bush and promised the world like other places I have been to.
