This was my first time using Room Service 360° and it was a very good experience through and through. The ordering and customization process went smoothly. Customer support was very helpful and responsive during the customization process and shipping. The delivery of the piece was also excellent even though my building is a bit complex to deliver to. The piece arrived in perfect condition and the colors were spot on. Overall, my experience was very positive and I can recommend this company to others in confidence.

I ordered 2 bar stools that I needed customer service help with a color match. The color match was perfect. The customer service was very helpful with this process. Also, I liked notification of when the order would arrive.

RoomService360 was excellent from furniture selection through to meticulous delivery snd installation! It was a great and unique experience. The custom furniture did take time to get, but we knew this upfront and it was worth the wait! We love our new living room cocktail table, media center and console. Highly recommend this company!

The installation team were considerate and skilled. I will definitely consider 360 for future projects and would recommend them without hesitation. Amazing experience! We ordered a bed from Italy. The delivery time was exactly(!) according to the specified schedule. The white glove delivery was immaculate. It took two guys over an hour to assemble the bed and the result was perfect. The bed is great too, of course. 😉 No surprises whatsoever 👏🏻

Great experience at Room Service 360 with Steve and Erin. We would recommend them to anyone, anywhere! We are close to NYC in Northern NJ, building a home at Jersey Shore. We found them researching furniture and traveled over an hour to shop there multiple times. Worth the trip 100 % in terms of furniture selection and quality, design expertise, price, delivery and customer service. Giant showroom, too.
While Erin is the design expert, both she and Steve have great design eyes. They listen to your likes, dislikes and wishes; will look at pictures, room layouts, plans; etc and then you simply let them do their "stuff", showing you what they recommend. We are thrilled with everything we purchased from them and the service etc. Our dining room table was our "big" purchase and it was half the price quoted to us in the only other nearby dealer in Soho, NYC. We bought Cattelon Italia items: Skorpio Dining Table, Anna Dining Chairs and Isabel Counter Stools, and Kitano Coffee Table. Also purchased from their great and inexpensive selection of Surya and Jaipur rugs for 8 rooms (prices beat any found elsewhere).

I was looking for a specific accent chair when I went to Room Service 360. The sales staff went through all their color samples with me and found the perfect color and chair. They even suggested the matching pillows for my sofa. I love the finished look.

We are completely in love with our new couch! It is the perfect size, color and is very well made. If you want an amazing selection, quality furniture and superb white glove delivery service, room service 360 is the place to go. Starting from their skilled and knowledgeable sales team to the best delivery drivers we have ever (and we mean ever) encountered. Delivery was timely as promised and the guys really took their time putting the couch together and patiently moving it every way we asked until we were completely satisfied.

Their online photos are precise and their staff is amazing.
There are so many choices and variations that it’s sometimes hard to narrow it down.
Each phone conversation was handle politely, professionally and knowledgeable.
The delivery was impeccable with understanding my needs as a home owner.
The service staff knew what to do and continually worked to put together a fine product.
I was informed by the employee of a defect immediately. He took a picture and within a few days a replacement was ordered.
Again, the employees answered my questions over the phone or called me back the same day with the response.
The service staff that returned to correct the furniture issue was on time, professional and listened to my concerns. My furniture was put together to my satisfaction and looks beautiful in my home.
I am so pleased with the wide range of interior design options and am highly pleased with all my interactions with all employees.
I highly recommend Room Service 360 for All decorating needs and interior/exterior design consultations.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this company, and I have to say that my overall experience was positive.

Communication with the company was excellent. They were responsive and helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Their customer service team deserves recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness.

While the delivery did take a bit longer than usual, it was understandable given the distance the product had to travel. The important thing is that the company set clear expectations and, most importantly, they delivered on time as promised. Punctuality is crucial, and I appreciated that they kept their commitment.

The delivery personnel were not only punctual but also polite and courteous. They efficiently assembled the product on-site, which saved me the hassle of doing it myself.

In summary, I found this company to be reliable, with good communication, and a commitment to delivering quality service. Despite the expected delays in shipping, they managed the process well, and I’m satisfied with the overall experience.

Room Service 360 fully furnished my entire law office in a timely manner and at a fair price. Everything is of high quality and looks fantastic. Compliments about the furniture are a plenty every time someone new comes to the office. Also, the installers are some of the most professional I have ever worked with. They were meticulous, quick, clean and quiet. I cannot recommend Room Service 360 enough. They were a delight to work. Woo hoo Room Service 360 and your customer service team! The whole process from picking out my countertop stools to ordering them to delivery was above par. I asked when the product was going to arrive in their warehouse (hoping to have them in time for my daughter’s wedding) and joked that I would call every day to check in. The customer service person got the joke and we laughed together. The stools arrived sooner than expected and we laughed about me not having to call him every day. The delivery men were respectable. They covered their shoes before entering the house. And the stools are absolutely freaking awesome! A+ to Room Service 360!

We bought the Domino nightstands, Sibari nightstands and dresser and the Fashion Armchair and we are absolutely delighted with the quality and design of these items and the service was great. Everything arrived on time and in perfect conditions. Withe glove service was super professional, they were very careful with everything.

The furniture is very upscale and the leather sofas are beautiful and of exceptional quality. They kept in touch during the manufacturing process and kept updating me on when it arrived and when it would be delivered. The delivery process and set up was smooth.
