It's a nice place. Friendly staff. Good coffee. The food came out quick! I had a ham club on rye. It was very good and loaded with meat. The real treat was the house chips that came with the sandwich! Overall, great experience!

The short- a good place for friendly service and good food.

Let me tell you, we have a family of rather picky eaters and not one of us complained about our food! That's a lot to be said about your typical diner food.

The nitty gritty details:
We dined on a Saturday about 2pm (so not quite lunch, but too early for dinner. Which was a bummer because we just missed the Prime Rib dinner special by about 30 minutes!).

Between 5 of us we dined in and ordered a Bourbon BBQ Burger with loaded fries, 2 chicken tenders with fries, open face brisket sandwich with onion rings, and kids noodles (spaghetti on the menu, but we ordered it with butter and parmesan instead of sauce.)

The burger was good (our pickiest eater said it was delicious), the chicken fingers were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the fries and onion rings had good taste and were even perfectly fried. If you order loaded fries (with cheese and bacon; we had them with cheese sauce instead of shredded cheddar and it was a good choice because it was so good.)

We did also order dessert and cinnamon rolls to go.

The service was friendly, which isn't always common around NEPA. Our waitress was patient with our questions and requests and if we had a concern it was addressed quickly and with kindness.

The cost of their meals to quality and portion is low cost but darn good food in our opinion. The food was good enough that we splurged on house made desserts and cinnamon rolls too.

So, for 5 meals, 2 desserts, and 5 cinnamon rolls our bill was just shy of $100 (not including tip).

The only downside to this place... its 2 hours away from home for us. So I doubt we'll get to enjoy it again.

Great food and even better service! They made us feel like family or old friends. Definitely coming back!

I'm a delivery guy and go all over the place and get to sample a lot of stuff from a lot of places.
I hadn't been here in a long time but my hometown is not that far north of there.
I took my break here today for fish fry Friday cause I like to sit down at a table and enjoy my meal rather that eating in the truck.

It was awesome. Very good! Good portions, lots of side dish choices.
My server was a sweetheart too and that really is the cherry on top of a good dining experience.
This is a great family restaurant.
I do recommend them and I will definitely stop again while in the area.

This independent diner prepares the wonderful diner foods one anticipates when heading in to a diner. As soon as the door opens, the authentic aroma wafts through the air. The staff are wonderfully friendly. The service is attentive. Terrific place to stop for a bite.

We go on Fridays for the fish specials and the food is always delicious. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere is inviting. This place is our go to when we are in the area.

I shaved a star off of service because while driving to Towanda for work I tried to conserve time by calling my order in ahead of time and I could not find a valid number for them online. But the actual service in the restaurant is superior.

Very clean and modern while still being country and cozy.

Breakfast is consistent and the quality- salient.

There food is always good and they have an excellent fish fry on Friday nights and it's my favorite

Great place to eat and take the kids. Very family oriented place to go. Went with a large group the day after my cousins wedding and was able to book the back room. We all got the breakfast buffet which was great. My favorite item was the breakfast pizza. Alot of other menu items to choose from when I go back. The owner was very nice and took the time to come ask our group how the food and experience was. They also have fresh baked pies and cakes to choose from. Can't wait to eat there the next time I'm in pa
