Dunkin'

The other day I was an idiot and I ordered from the canal Street store in the app in error so I was kicking myself because I really wanted to pick up from the Putney road to location. I only realized after pulling up and trying to pick up my order that I ordered it for the wrong location but the people at Putney road help me out so much and they made the sandwich there. Really appreciate this level of service. Really great job by those employees

Recently this store had a very much needed renovation and they did a good job of it. I got an iced coffee and it was good. Maybe a tad burned/bitter but it's a fast coffee shop not a gourmet coffee house.

The employees here all deserve a raise! I have no idea how they manage it all, this location gets so busy in the morning (like lines of cars all the way out to the road) and the small team still manages to provide the fastest service they possibly can and work so hard to be attentive to all customers in a timely manner PLUS they’re very kind and always wish me a good day

I made an online order to pick up before an appointment that included two donuts, then mistakenly left without them. When I came back about 45 minutes later, the staff remembered the incomplete order and gave me the donuts without charging me again. Very pleased that the situation was resolved exactly as I'd hoped.

Who doesn't like dunkin , right ? We usually go in to get our coffee, ordering ahead ties things up because they're understaffed. If I was in a hurry , I might.

I gave 5 for 'Over the Years' Quality but lately it's been less than 4 Stars for order correctness and staff training, the pleasant service has been spotty. Was a regular for YEARS here, back when Chris the guy with the 'voice' (You know whom I mean if You were a Long time customer, he worked there 10 years ago for 5 years). Since then, I've had them pass me a leaking cup, to find out the RIM of the cup was messed up. I've been handed cups that didn't have the lid on, I've had to wipe coffee of my hand, and it's HOT. I DON'T get to say "Please check the lid", because it's not fair to hold up the line, but it's not fair to spill hot coffee on me when You can SEE the coffee is spilling! It's HOT, (it hurts,) I get that my hand is scarred, but Please don't add to it! I get they don't want to deal with travel mugs, I get they don't like using the app, but get the cashier to ask if we're paying by app, when You don't allow orders from the app, OFFER the receipt! Give us proof You messed up the order, without that paper, I couldn't justify going back to get the order corrected. Been coming here for years, usually the fastest in town between All 3 Exits, with the MOST consistent tasting coffee, but the staff attitude and training has lately been lacking. I'll return because it's the most consistent tasting coffee; the speed is quick but that comes with faults at times; staff needs to remember training (or they aren't trained well); they need to NOT use the cups with obviously messed up lids as well as making sure the lids are ON; make sure orders are checked for correctness, and receipts are OFFERED EVERY ORDER. Gone are the days of Chris, at Exit 3, or the old Walmart Dunkin; gone are the Emily service days, that manager had Exit 1 putting Exit 3 to shame years before Chris came along, and Jamie was the best at exit 1 for non management staff, but that was long ago and coffee cost less than 1.70 for an extra large, a LONG time ago. Now, even asking for the refill price, I'm paying over 2 dollars - it's all Folgers coffee, I should just stop handing them my money and brew my own coffee and reuse all my travel mugs. Hard to do on a day trip though!

These guys are awesome! It was drive through only the morning I parked at the nearby diesel station. I entered when I mention i can't bring an 18wheeler through they didn't hesitate to hook me up with some gojo. Super helpful to truckers!

Its my son and mines favorite DD in the area. They have always gotten our order spot on. The food taste good, you can tell its made when ordered. The donuts always yummy! The staff are upbeat and super friendly.

I've stopped here a few times on my way through and I love the convenience of the 24 hour open time. I've gotten out of work very late coming through Brattleboro and they've definitely saved me a time or two! Coffee and food always tastes fresh and hot, which is great. Very friendly staff both in the drive through and walking in to order!

Semi mid wait time to go through the drive through but i'll take that over going to the exit 1 DD that doesnt get orders right ever. Coffee cold or hot has always been good here.

Standard donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches that always please the pallate. The staff here are speedy with orders of all kinds and never mess up my order. The personality of the staff is always friendly and kind, patient and attentive to my needs. Try the 2 for 5 bacon egg and cheese deal they have going on. Also make sure to take part in the ddperks program, you'll get more than your money's worth here!

Go here every morning! Love my Boston Cream Donut and Carmel Swirl Iced Latte! Great service, friendly employees! Just wish drive through line wasn't so long some times.... :)

Did not get the. Ame of the gentlemen that serve me. He was training a young man he told me.about London fog a shot of expresso w/ just the foam on the top.

OMG This was so embarrassing! My card didn't work cause my check hadn't gone through yet as expected, honestly, and I still owed 4$ and one of the girls working there covered us! Worst exp ever. Placed order for $23, tried to pay with a $50 bill, they refused to accept it; i guess they didnt have $27 in the till? Seemed odd, that adherence to rule - no bills over $20 - even knowing that $23 in retail would be eaten by employees rather than go to daily sales total? Certainly, they had $27 in change they could have given me, so the only reason for not taking the only denomination i had to give was their local rule no bills over $20. This should be changed to: we cannot provide change totaling $25 or greater... because if i come with a $100 bill, and my order is $87... then all is good as my change would only be $13, and yet they sold $87 in donuts and water. Everyone gets what they came for.... Also, the snow and ice and "slush" melt from higher temps recently had the very narrow drive thru lane (one) was all covered and dangerously slippery; maybe a shovel in a Vermont location could be in the budget? This was just the worst exp i have ever had

I pre-ordered through the Dunkin app. My order was ready for me. The woman at the window was most accommodating. She even noticed I had my dogs in the car. With my order was a munchkin.
